Meghan Markle shares reflective astrology post highlighting ‘hardest seven years’ for zodiac signs
MONTECITO, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Markle seems to be a big believer in zodiac signs and horoscopes, as seen in her recent social media activity. On Friday, April 24, the 44-year-old Duchess of Sussex reshared an Instagram Story from the account 'Astrology Is For Everyone.'
The post showed two men dancing enthusiastically, paired with a caption suggesting that Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius signs were finally moving past the toughest seven years of their lives.
Meghan herself is a Leo, born on August 4, which makes the message feel especially personal.
Meghan Markle hints at personal struggles in reflective astrology post
Earlier that same day, Meghan shared another astrology-related post from the account spiritdaughter, which included a horoscope. "The tension between who you actually are and what the world around you was willing to see has been exhausting in a way that is hard to explain to people who have not lived it."
"Your confidence took hits it had no business taking. You questioned your creative direction, your spotlight, your worth." The message spoke about the strain of feeling misunderstood, describing how exhausting it can be when others fail to see who you truly are.
It suggested that this kind of experience is difficult for outsiders to fully grasp. It also pointed out that her confidence had taken unfair blows, leaving her doubting her creativity, her place in the spotlight, and her overall self-worth.
The horoscope ended on a hopeful note, saying that by April 25, that burden would finally ease, giving her the freedom to simply be herself without having to fight for it.
Meghan Markle, Prince Harry reflect on years of pressure during public appearances
Meghan Markle and her husband Prince Harry have recently come back from a 4-day visit to Australia. During the trip, they visited Melbourne, Canberra, and Sydney. They took part in events focused on mental health, community strength, and support for military veterans and their families.
During separate public events and a student interaction while abroad, Meghan and Harry opened up about their mental health and personal struggles. Harry, 41, shared that after losing his mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, in 1997, he struggled with royal life and never truly wanted that role.
Meghan reflected on the backlash she faced after her relationship with Harry became public nearly a decade ago, describing years of constant online criticism.
Speaking to students, she said the attacks happened daily for years, but stressed that she has remained strong through it all. The couple also took part in private engagements, including Meghan’s appearance at the Her Best Life podcast’s “girls weekend” retreat, where she joined Gemma O’Neill for a Q&A, as per People.
