LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Blake Lively is currently at the center of a legal battle with her 'It Ends With Us' co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. In December 2024, the actress filed a lawsuit against Baldoni with the California Civil Rights Department, making serious allegations against him.

In retaliation, Baldoni countersued Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, in January, accusing them of defamation, civil extortion, and invasion of privacy. As the case unfolds, all eyes are on the upcoming trial, scheduled for March 9, 2026.

Meanwhile, Megyn Kelly has joined the controversy, branding the 'Gossip Girl' star a "serial fraudster" while sharing her thoughts on the ongoing feud.

Megyn Kelly claims Justin Baldoni's 'hardcore proof' undermines Blake Lively's complaints

During the Thursday, February 13, episode of her 'The Megyn Kelly Show', the conservative political commentator delved into the ongoing legal drama between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, making it clear that she is firmly supporting the 'Jane the Virgin' actor.

Kelly stated, "My own position is [Lively] absolutely ruined her brand. She has started a fight she cannot win. She does appear like an Amber Heard to me."

"I have yet to see one of her complaints borne out. In fact, all of the ones I've seen have been undermined by [Baldoni's] hardcore proof in text messaging and so on that puts a totally different light on her horrific allegations. Then you see what she actually said and wrote. It's very different," the former Fox News journalist added.

Kelly also highlighted a clip from Lively’s appearance at the 2022 Forbes Power Women’s Summit, where the actress discussed past tensions with collaborators, admitting that she needed "authorship" over a project to feel truly fulfilled in her work, rather than just taking on acting roles.

"She's a serial fraudster. That's called fraud — when you pretend you want to do the one thing and you'll do the thing they're hiring you for, but all along you have secret plans to do something very, very different that's above your pay grade," she expressed.

Kelly claimed, "She finally found someone weak enough and not famous enough to stop her. Justin Baldoni, who most people had never heard of—he'd only been in one series—wasn’t at the level of fame of Ryan Reynolds, let alone Blake Lively. She bullied him into giving her the movie where she had control over the cut."

"None of it was just due to the fact that she seems like a rather s****y person," the media personality concluded.

A Facebook user wrote, "Megyn needs to just shut her mouth and retire somewhere quiet," while another said, "I agree with Megan. Blake was awful."

One fan of Lively added, "I support Blake Lively," while a person noted, "She needs to stop talking to the media. My take is that her husband tried to hijack the project. Trying her case in the media has ruined her. It’s a shame because the movie was was well received by critics and audiences."

One more criticized Lively, writing, "Anyone who poisons the minds of others against someone is pure evil. Blake needs to be held responsible and accountable for the damage and pain she’s caused." The commenter was referencing a resurfaced interview in which Lively admitted to attempting to control the narrative surrounding her former 'Gossip Girl' co-star, Penn Badgley.

"It’s truly unbelievable how people think they can take something that’s not theirs, ruin lives, and receive all the accolades. I stand with Justin and have since day one. I’ve dealt with many people like this that have done the similar things to me, the writing is on the wall," another person expressed.

An individual who wasn't pleased with Kelly's take stated, "Climbing on the Candace Owen Blake-Bashing bus. I have no opinion about this legal fiasco that is being tried on social media, but I find it troubling with the amount of viciousness and glee that Blake Lively has been attacked with by these and other women. Not a good look, as most, if not all , people commenting weren’t present This is trial by social media, because you know - if its on Fb or Insta - it must be true."
