LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Isabella Strahan, daughter of Michael Strahan is embracing her fresh start with a smile, just a month after announcing she’s cancer-free.
The 19-year-old was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a type of brain tumor, in October 2023.

On August 20, the 'Good Morning America' co-anchor's daughter shared a beaming selfie on her Instagram Stories, posing alongside her mom, Jean Muggli, as she made her way back to the University of Southern California.
"Back at USC," she wrote, flashing a smile and a playful wink at the camera.
But that’s not all—Isabella also took to TikTok to celebrate, posting a video of herself dancing and jumping around her new off-campus apartment.
"New apartment who this ‼️‼️" she captioned the clip, seemingly taking on the next chapter of her journey.
But her return to the University of Southern California marks more than just a new school year; it’s a powerful comeback.
Isabella’s freshman year was abruptly halted in October 2023 when she had to undergo emergency surgery to remove a large medulloblastoma—a malignant tumor in her cerebellum.
Since then, Isabella has faced six weeks of radiation, four rounds of chemotherapy, and three brain surgeries.
Throughout it all, she bravely shared her journey with the world through her YouTube series, offering a glimpse into her battle and resilience.

On July 18, Isabella Strahan shared a momentous update in her vlog, "Goodbye Hospital"—she’s officially cancer-free.
To mark this milestone, the college student took to Instagram, posting poignant photos from her cancer journey, including the unforgettable moment she rang the hospital bell after completing chemotherapy.
"After the wildest 8 months, I finally got to ring the bell. Grateful for my journey 🩶," Isabella wrote, capturing the triumph.
Michael Strahan calls daughter 'a superwoman'
Throughout Isabella Strahan's battle with cancer, her father stood by her like a rock.
On June 14, Isabella shared the completion of an eight-month chemotherapy treatment through a vlog, filmed at Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center in Durham, North Carolina.
It was her fourth and final round of chemotherapy.
Then on June 16, according to People, Michael Strahan shared a heartwarming video on Instagram, capturing the triumphant moment his 19-year-old daughter, Isabella, rang the hospital bell to celebrate the end of her chemotherapy treatment.
In the emotional clip, Isabella is surrounded by family and friends at Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center in Durham, North Carolina, all cheering her on with balloons, bubbles, and homemade posters.

With a radiant smile, she declared being cancer-free on July 18: “Ring the bell three times well. It’s a toll to clearly say my treatment is done, this course is run and I’m on my way!”

Michael Strahan has four children, two daughters, Isabella Strahan and her twin sister Sophia Strahan, and another daughter and son from his marriage with his first wife, Wanda Hutchins.
The sisters share a close bond, and both have been raised by Strahan and his ex-wife, Jean Muggli, who divorced in 2006 shortly after the twins were born.
