Michael Wolff, the author of four books about Donald Trump’s presidency, says Laura Loomer has the 'trifecta' of what the president wants in an ally

WASHINGTON, DC: Far-right activist Laura Loomer has time and again sparked firestorms with her antics and conspiracy theories that make even MAGA loyalists flinch.

However, despite revolt from his close allies, President Donald Trump has decided to keep Loomer in his inner circle, as she hits the ‘trifecta’ in his loyalist test and even acts as his ‘comfort blanket system,’ according to White House biographer Michael Wolff.

Michael Wolff reveals what Donald Trump thinks of Laura Loomer

The 'Fire and Fury' author recently sat down for a podcast with The Daily Beast, where he revealed what Donald Trump really thinks of the conservative firebrand.

“She’s, what, 30 years old? She looks the part. She’s on television often for Donald Trump,” Michael Wolff said before adding, “That’s the trifecta. I mean, what’s not to like from Donald Trump’s point of view?”

Laura Loomer, who mirrors the polished, conservative image of many women in Trump’s inner circle, has remained one of his most vocal and unwavering supporters, despite not formally being a part of his administration.

That combination serves as a “comfort blanket system” for Trump, Wolff said. “He sees that she’s very television. I think she just comes in and she just amuses him,” he continued.

The 71-year-old author then went on to claim that “everybody is trying to keep Laura Loomer out,” except for Natalie Harp, who’s been referred to as the “human printer” and “nutter conduit” to Trump.

“She and Laura Loomer have bonded in some way of friendship or just convenience, and that’s how Laura Loomer comes in. She calls Natalie. She’s in. And the president likes her,” Wolff said.

Laura Loomer has been Donald Trump’s 'uncontrollable and toxic force'

Since Donald Trump launched his election bid in 2024, Laura Loomer has steadily climbed the ranks as one of his most vocal and zealous defenders.

Behind the scenes, Trump’s aides see her as an “uncontrollable and toxic force,” whom the president nonetheless calls several times a month.

Loomer’s sway over Trump has even extended to personnel decisions; in April, Loomer reportedly gave Trump a list of disloyal National Security Council staffers who were subsequently fired.

Loomer’s devotion impressed Trump to the point where he made up his mind to make her the White House press secretary instead of Karoline Leavitt, according to the book '2024: How Trump Retook the White House and the Democrats Lost America,' penned by the trio of journalists Josh Dawsey, Tyler Pager, and Isaac Arnsdorf.

In a testament to her loyalty, she told The New York Times that she maintains a slim figure and always looks her best for the president. That includes purchasing a new outfit anytime she’s meeting him.

“My point of access to the White House is Donald Trump,” she told The Times in an interview. “And that’s really hard for people to comprehend."

She even recalled bluntly informing her boyfriend that “President Trump comes first,” and “if you can’t handle that, then go find somebody else.”

Trump has also spoken highly of the conservative activist. After Loomer’s intel grabbed headlines earlier this year, Trump fielded questions from reporters aboard Air Force One about why he decided to follow her directive.

“She makes recommendations of things and people, and sometimes I listen to those recommendations, like I do with everybody,” Trump said.

“I listen to everybody, and then I make a decision. But I saw her yesterday. She was at the ceremony, and she is, she’ll always have something to say, usually very constructive,” he continued.
