ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Mick Jagger has seemingly made fun of former President Donald Trump during his concert. The English singer on June 7, at Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium, referred the ex-leader's alleged demand to the Republican Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger after the 2020 election.

At the time, Trump had asked Raffensperger to “find 11,780 votes” so that they revoke the voting result won by Joe Biden, as reported by Newsweek.

Mick Jagger takes a dig at Donald Trump during concert

Jagger while introducing the fan's choice song ‘Sweet Virginia’ said that he and his band members were keen on playing ‘Wild Horses’ but could not since they required “11,00 more votes.” The frontman of the Rolling Stones also noted a “more important vote” is coming later this year.

He reportedly added, “We wanted to play 'Wild Horses’. All we needed was 11,000 more votes. There's a more important vote coming up in November. Don't forget to vote in that one.”

Donald Trump's spokesperson slams Mick Jagger

Following the apparent jab, Trump's spokesperson Steven Cheung told Newsweek, “Mick can't always get what he wants.” “President Trump will return to the White House because Americans are sick and tired of having a weak, failed, and dishonest leader like Crooked Joe Biden,” Cheung added.

Internet believes Trump will ban Mick Jagger if he wins 2024 election

Meanwhile, many people have reacted to Jagger’s comment on Trump.

A person tweeted, “These old people are so angry lately.”

Another person wrote, “Mick is on the right side of history.”

“He's not the only one mocking Donald. A whole lot of prominent Republicans have too,” the third one shared.

A user said, “Have you heard, nobody cares what Mick says or does.”

An individual on Facebook commented, “He's English, IDGAF what he thinks.”

The second individual shared, “If Trump gets elected he will ban Mick Jagger from being allowed in America.”

“People pay to see a concert. Concert tickets are not cheap by any means. People are attending the concert for a good time and are there to enjoy the show… so Mick needs to keep his political views to himself … this can also be said for all these celebrities who voice their political opinions by keeping them to their selves,” the third one mentioned.

The fourth one added, “Good at least we have some of Hollywood on the good side and willing to put themselves out there to protect our Democracy and Constitution.”

“He has the right to his opinions and the right to express them. At least he does for now. Vote blue to keep those rights,” a comment read.
