When Swift attended the recent NFL playoff game between the Chiefs and Bills, she made one stadium worker's day with an unexpected act of kindness. Jerris Rainey, a ticket taker for the luxury boxes at Buffalo's Highmark Stadium, had a serendipitous celebrity encounter when she crossed paths with Swift during the game.

Rainey was shocked when Swift, known for hits like 'Shake It Off' and 'Anti-Hero,' struck up a conversation and asked if she worked at the stadium. After Rainey said yes, Swift graciously offered her a $100 tip.

"I was just stunned," Rainey remarked. "You see someone famous like that, you don't expect them to be so down-to-earth."

On top of the generous tip, Swift also posed for a photo with Rainey, who described the songstress as a "sweetie pie" and "very down to Earth."

The Grammy winner was in Buffalo to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce during the Chiefs' nail-biting divisional round playoff victory over the Bills. She watched the dramatic game unfold from a luxury box along with Kelce's family members.

It marked the first time she met Kelce's older brother, Jason Kelce, an NFL player himself, and Jason's wife, Kylie.
