LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ozzy Osbourne was spotted in Los Angeles with wife Sharon Osbourne on Friday, September 20, and his frail appearance has raised concerns about his health. The rock performer was seen getting pushed in a wheelchair before getting up and using a cane to walk, per Daily Mail.

He was accompanied by his wife, and the two were joined by a man who pushed the Black Sabbath artist and a woman who was seen conversing with the television personality.

Ozzy Osbourne was dressed in a long-sleeved black shirt and a black pant, and gray sneakers with white socks. The sighting comes two months after the couple revealed on their podcast 'The Osbournes' that the singer's health has pushed back their plans to move to England.

Sharon was seen wearing a shrunken black blazer, classic blue straight-leg jeans, and black loafers. Her outer layer was styled on top of a crew neck white shirt and she sported a full face of makeup, per the news outlet.

Sharon said during a July episode of 'The Osbournes', which co-stars the couple's children Kelly and Jack Osbourne, "It just seems that every time we're set to go [back to England], something happens with Ozzy’s health."

She added, "We'll get there. We wanna go back so bad, but we'll get there. Won't we, Ozzy?" and he replied, "Yeah."

Ozzy has had seven surgeries in the past five years, including a fourth spinal surgery in September 2023, and has suffered from Parkinson’s disease since 2003.

Ozzy shared with The Observer in August 2022, "I don't want to die in America. I don't want to be buried in f*****g Forest Lawn. I'm English. I want to be back. ... It's just time for me to come home."

Sharon added, "America has changed so drastically. It isn't the United States of America at all. Nothing's united about it. It's a very weird place to live right now."
