Pete Davidson 'hitching wagon’ to eligible bachelor Kevin Costner so they can ‘go on double dates’
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Comedian Pete Davidson has reportedly has formed an unlikely friendship with Hollywood cowboy Kevin Costner so he can go on double dates with the actor.
According to sources, the 31-year-old ‘Saturday Night Live’ alum and the ‘Yellowstone’ star, 70, formed an unlikely friendship after meeting at the Super Bowl LIX.
However, the fans who thought that the duo’s friendship was just for a fleeting moment, might be in for a surprise, as a source close to them shared that Davidson is reportedly “hitching wagon” with the Oscar winner.

Speaking to RadarOnline, a source shared that while four decades separate the two men in terms of age, there are more than enough similarities for them to build a strong foundation in friendship.
Moreover, Costner, who recently finalized his divorce from ex wife Christine Baumgartner, is reportedly even trying to help Davidson in his love life.
The unlikely pair’s bonding is reportedly happening because of their parallel tastes, shared the insider, before adding, "They have a lot more in common than people would think.”
The source further noted that ‘The Bodyguard’ actor is a huge fan of comedy, thus he is reportedly in awe of the 'SNL' alum’s humor.
"Kevin's a big comedy fan and thinks Pete's an incredible talent,” shared the source, before adding, “Pete admires Kevin and is kind of in awe of his presence. They've exchanged numbers and are going to meet up.”
"There's no doubt Kevin will want to help Pete with his dismal dating situation,” revealed the source while suggesting that the Hollywood veteran is even trying to school the comedian in the basics of dating.
“Pete can't find a girl and probably intimidates them, but Kevin has plenty of girls buzzing around him and can date anybody he wants,” explained the insider, before adding, “Pete could learn something there."
While Davidson has had a long list of girlfriends, including the likes of Kate Beckinsale, Kaia Gerber, Kim Kardashian, Phoebe Dynevor, Emily Ratajkowski and Margaret Qualley, his relationships seldom lasted long.
But the source shared that now with Costner in the picture, the dating scenario in ‘The King of Staten Island’ star’s life is expected to improve.
"Kevin's kind of like the father figure Pete's been missing," shared the source, and noted that his father Scott Davidson, was a New York City firefighter who died in service on 9/11.
"You're going to see more of these two together!" concluded the source, referencing the duo’s friendship.
Just a day prior to their jaw-dropping outing at the Super Bowl, Davidson and Costner also attended Michael Rubin's 2025 Fanatics Super Bowl Party at The Sugar Mill on February 08, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The news of Costner helping out Davidson in romance came after news broke that the comedian's nearly one-year-old relationship with the 'Outer Banks' star Madelyn Cline ended.
A source told The US Sun in July 2024, "They ended things fairly recently, and I understand it was amicable."
Following his divorce from Baumgartner, Costner has been linked to songstress Jewel. However, he too clarified their equation and shared that they are just "friends."
Speaking to CNN in June 2024, Costner shared, "Jewel and I are friends. We’ve never gone out ever. She’s special, and I don’t want to, I don’t want these rumors to ruin our friendship because that’s what we have."
