Prince Harry fears for his children's safety as he 'regrets' leaving UK for California: 'Huge mistake'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Prince Harry is reportedly beginning to doubt his decision to move to the US, and now regrets what he sees as a “huge mistake” in leaving the royal family and the UK.
The Duke of Sussex left London in 2020 with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their son, Archie, settling in Montecito, California.
He is now also the father of Princess Lilibet, born in June 2021.
Prince Harry shocked by ‘No Kings’ rallies
Prince Harry's regret came as his famous family members were enjoying the Trooping the Color parade, but he's witnessing unrest in America amid the "No Kings" rallies, as reported by RadarOnline.com.
“Harry's starting to wonder if he made a huge mistake moving to California,” a source revealed. “Seeing the rest of the royals looking so happy, juxtaposed with what was going on a short drive away from his home, shook him. When you have a young family to protect, it's easy to see why he's having regrets.”
While Harry is reportedly concerned for his children’s safety, Meghan marked Father’s Day by posting never-before-seen footage of Harry with their kids.

Another insider said, “He can't believe the post went up during one of the most violent weekends in recent history, one that even required the US Marines to intervene just to show Archie and Lilibet’s faces online for the first time.”
“It was a Father's Day gift from Meghan, but he's stunned she put the family at risk by doing the filming. He knows she means well, but her timing couldn't be worse. Some say the only way he can see to keep his family safe is to get away from LA,” they added.
This comes after the 40-year-old royal fought a legal battle in the UK courts seeking publicly funded police protection during visits to Britain.
As per his legal representative, “The UK will always be Prince Harry's home and a country he wants his wife and children to be safe in. With the lack of police protection comes too great a personal risk.”

Prince Harry won’t take his family to UK amid security concerns
“In the absence of such protection, Prince Harry and his family are unable to return to his home,” his legal team noted.
However, after losing the case, Harry reportedly said in BBC interview, “I can't see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point.”

“There have been so many disagreements between myself and some of my family. I would love reconciliation with my family. There's no point continuing to fight any more, life is precious,” the father of two had added.
