Princess Anne could be royal family’s secret weapon to ‘deal’ with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
LONDON, UINTED KINGDOM: As Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue to stir up drama within the British royal family, a senior member of the family stands out as a potential mediator, according to royal commentator Angela Levin.
Levin believes that Princess Anne could hold the key to easing tensions between the Montecito couple and the royals.
"I think she’s the answer to all the royal family’s problems," Levin asserted.

Royal columnist Sarah Vine, suggested sending Princess Anne to deal with Harry and Meghan.
"I think we should send Princess Anne to deal with Harry and Meghan… because if you got a call from Princess Anne you’d sit up jolly straight," royal columnist Sarah Vine replied. "If I were the King I’d say 'Anne, please just go and deal with them'."
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left the monarchy in early 2020 in a scandal that became infamous as 'Megxit'.
Prince Harry's impending sporadic return to the UK, particularly to assist King Charles III during his ongoing cancer treatment, has sparked speculation about potential family reunions. Despite the hopes for reconciliation between Harry and his brother, Prince William, during a recent visit, no such reunion occurred.
Renowned royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams highlighted the strained relationship between the two brothers, attributing it to the Sussexes' indiscretions and William's lack of trust in his younger sibling.
"They had not spoken for months owing to the Sussexes indiscretions. William doesn’t trust his brother. If you read his ill-advised memoir 'Spare', it is obvious why!" renowned royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams exclusively told The Royal Observer on February 15.
Nevertheless, Harry expressed his love for his family during a recent interview, emphasizing the importance of family unity during times of illness. His unscripted remarks, including comments on his visits with King Charles, sparked discussions about royal protocol breaches.
Speaking on 'Good Morning America' on Friday, February 16, Harry shared: "I have got many trips planned that will take me through the UK or back to the UK, so I will see my family as much as I can."
In response to one of the hosts' questions about His Majesty's health, the Duke of Sussex replied: "That stays between me and him."
Prince Harry then majorly broke Buckingham Palace protocol, which prohibits revealing discussions about royal health, by stating, "Look, I love my family. The fact that I was able to get on a plane and go and see him and spend any time with him, I'm grateful for that."
"Throughout all these families I see it on a day-to-day basis, again, the strength of the family unit coming together. I think any illness, any sickness, brings families together."
Meghan Markle reportedly reaches out to Kate and King Charles for reconciliation
Recent reports suggest that Meghan Markle has taken a step forward in efforts to mend the strained relationship with the royal family, reaching out to Kate Middleton and King Charles amid their health challenges.
According to insiders cited by Us Weekly, Meghan has initiated contact with Kate and Charles, expressing her support and extending wishes for their well-being. The move is seen as part of broader efforts to reconcile differences within the family.
Sources indicate that Meghan remains supportive of her husband, Prince Harry, amid these reconciliation efforts. Despite past tensions, she reportedly wishes the best for all members of the royal family, including Kate.
While Meghan is reportedly open to reconciliation, the same sentiment may not be immediately reciprocated by all parties. Sources suggest that while Kate may be open to mending fences, there are still lingering feelings of hurt over past events, particularly related to the Sussexes' wedding.
The reported dynamics within the royal family underscore the complexities of the situation. While Kate is said to miss her brother-in-law Harry and remains open to reconciliation, the relationship between Harry and his brother William appears strained.
Despite hopes for reconciliation, sources acknowledge the challenges ahead. Years of strained relations and hurtful exchanges may not be easily forgotten or forgiven, particularly as William grapples with the impact of past events on his relationship with his brother and the monarchy as a whole.
