Royal expert claims Prince Harry is 'whipped' by Meghan Markle, says King Charles knows it

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Prince Harry is reportedly being controlled by Meghan Markle, and King Charles is well aware of it, according to a royal commentator.
Writer and broadcaster Esther Krauke claimed the Duchess of Sussex would also be unhappy about her current standing within the royal family.
King Charles mentioned Prince Harry was ‘whipped’
Appearing on The Sun’s 'Royal Exclusive show,' royal biographer Esther Krauke claimed that even King Charles has commented on Prince Harry being "whipped."
She said, “We know that King Charles said something about him being whipped.” Krauke continued, “We keep hearing things consistently coming out from courtiers and people that are close to the royal family.”
She clarified that the suggestion was about Harry being under Meghan’s influence, not anything physical.
Queen Elizabeth thought Meghan Markle was a 'breath of fresh air'
Krauke also shared how Meghan Markle's perception within the royal family evolved, starting with Queen Elizabeth II.
She said, “The Queen's opinion of Meghan involved, and it's much like how the country's opinion evolved. And much like the public, I think the Queen thought Meghan was a breath of fresh air. Very intelligent, very well-spoken, obviously from her acting background.”

“She worked, she welcomed her. I think, like much of the country, with open arms. I think where things went wrong was clearly the cultural clash,” Krauke added.
Meghan Markle didn't understand her royal duties
Krauke believes Meghan may have misunderstood the life she was entering when marrying into the royal family.
She said, “I think in some ways Meghan thought she was marrying a billionaire, but was marrying a millionaire with like sort of a reduced status. So that might not have been appealing eventually.”
Krauke also suggested Meghan lacked a deep understanding of her royal duties. “I just don't think she fully understood or was even interested in what the role was supposed to become,” she said.

She hadn't earned enough brownie points to actually be able to choose the tools she wanted to go on in the way that she wanted to do or curate her image in the same way," Krauke said.
Krauke pointed out that Meghan did not take the time to build the kind of reputation typically expected within the royal family.
“You have to have, I'm sorry. Open schools in Wales on a rainy day for a number of years before you ingratiate yourself and garner that goodwill,” she said.
“But I don't think she had that approach or attitude. And you could say it's very American, you know, very can-do spirit,” added Krauke.
