Sam Asghari reveals he's 'positive' and 'grounded' after moving on from Britney Spears divorce
LOS VEGAS, NEVADA: Sam Asghari is embracing a new chapter in his life following his divorce from Britney Spears.
The actor and fitness model recently attended the inaugural American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR) Las Vegas benefit event at Wynn Las Vegas, where he reflected on his journey and shared insights about moving forward.

Sam Asghari opened up about adjusting to life without Britney Spears and his focus on positivity during the event on Friday, November 22,
“It's the bed that you make yourself, and you got to learn how to lay in it, so it's part of the lifestyle," he told People.
“You just got to keep it positive. You got to stay grounded and understand what the truth is and really just live with that rather than other people's opinions or anything like that,” Asghari added.
He also spoke candidly about moving forward, noting that he has focused on various work projects since the divorce.

Sam Asghari affirmed in the latest interview that he has “absolutely” moved on, focusing on his acting projects.
“There's a lot of work stuff that I'm doing that I want to let the work do the talk,” he said.
“With acting, it's what comes next and all the work that you're putting in. So I did a few projects and [I’m] very excited to announce it,” Asghari revealed to the publication.

Earlier this year, Asghari described his marriage as a positive experience.
“It was a blessing to be able to share life with someone for a long time. And people grow apart and people move on,” he said.
Sam Asghari and Britney Spears 'hold on to love and respect' following divorce
Sam Asghari and Britney Spears tied the knot on June 9, 2022, but separated on July 30, 2023.
Their divorce was finalized earlier this year in May. Following the split, Asghari took to his Instagram Stories to address their decision.
“After 6 years of love and commitment to each other, my wife and I have decided to end our journey together,” he wrote.
“We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. S**t happens," he said.
"Asking for privacy seems ridiculous so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful,” he shared at the time as reported by People.
