Smith also shared a short clip of her revealing the inked letter on Biles' manicured hand.
The day before, Biles posted a video of herself getting ready for the tattoos as she lay down on a black cot, awaiting the artist to begin inking her.
Simone Biles' husband Jonathan Owens called her a 'warrior'
As Simone Biles pays tribute to the love of her life by getting his initial inked on her ring finger, Chicago Bears star Jonathan Owens is equally enamored with his athlete wife.
After Biles created history in the Paris Olympics by winning three gold and one silver medal, Owens gushed at his wife's incredible performance despite suffering from a calf injury.
The 29-year-old football safety said, as reported by People, “Obviously, the first day when she had the injury to her calf and just her ability to persevere through that and go out there and still dominate is just amazing to watch.”
However, he was confident that Biles would overcome the obstacles, asserting, “My wife is a warrior. That’s what I tell people because I equate it to how we are in football. You might limp around, and it will hurt a little right before.”
He continued, “But as soon as you go, it’s like you forget about it. Just pain tolerance and the way she was able to go out there and, like I said, look graceful with everything,” before noting, "People really didn’t have a clue what was going on. I'm just so happy and proud of her."

As the current NFL season kicked off, Owens was affectionately referred to as "Mr Biles" when he scored a touchdown for the Bears.
During a September 8 match between the Chicago Bears and Tennessee Titans, a commentator charmingly referred to Owens as "Mr. Biles," seemingly using his famous spouse's surname.
