Snoop Dogg steals the show with impromptu dance party with Simone Biles at 2024 Paris Olympics

PARIS, FRANCE: Snoop Dogg turned heads at the 2024 Paris Olympics when he started a spontaneous dance party with Team USA's Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles during the women’s gymnastics qualification round on Sunday, July 28.

As Biles made her much-anticipated return to the Olympics three years after stepping away from the Games in Japan to focus on her mental health, the rapper already had her dancing on her feet.

In the newly surfaced video, Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles can be seen breaking into dance mid-routine, with the camera eventually revealing that 'The Next Episode' singer, sitting in the stands of the Bercy Arena, was the catalyst for their groove. 

"Does anybody have more fun than Snoop?" one NBC announcer mused as Snopp Dogg waved his arms and swayed to the music, his enthusiasm infectious.

His support didn’t stop at dancing as the rapper sported a T-shirt featuring Biles’ face and looked on in awe as she performed a stunning vault pass.

The day ended on a high note with gold medalist Biles and her teammate Sunisa Lee securing first and second place in the all-around competition, respectively. Team USA accumulated a total of 172.296 points, advancing to the finals, which were held on Tuesday.

In Tuesday's women's gymnastics all-around final, Simone Biles and her teammates secured gold after scoring 171.296 points. The 27-year-old solidified her status as the most decorated American gymnast of all time as she bagged her fifth gold and eighth overall Olympic medal.

At the 2021 Tokyo Games, Team USA returned home with silver.  

Snoop will be in Paris for the next two weeks, supporting US athletes throughout the Games as one of NBC's correspondents. On the day of the Opening Ceremony, he took part in the final leg of the torch relay and provided on-air commentary during the parade of nations on the Seine.
