Sofia Vergara ‘needs to adjust’ her expectations to get lasting love after split from surgeon BF: Source
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sofía Vergara is once again looking for love after she reportedly broke up with surgeon boyfriend Justin Saliman.
However, things are not as simple as it seems, an insider told RadarOnline.com. They shared, “It's sad for Sofía because she really thought Justin was different. She said he was everything she was looking for that she hadn't found in other relationships. But it ultimately didn't work out.”
Sofía Vergara wants someone who will ‘pamper her like a princess’
The insider further noted, “She's shrugging it off and putting herself back out there because she doesn't like to be single for long, but there's a growing sense that she might need to adjust some of her expectations if she wants to find a truly lasting relationship.”
Describing Vergara's criteria for her dream man, the tipster said, “She's looking, and she has very high expectations. She wants a man who's tall and handsome, who's super successful, and an alpha male type who will also be a pussycat with her and pamper her like a princess.”

"Everyone wants to see her happy, but she might need to let go of some of the demands to find lasting love,” they added.
Sofia Vergara reveals she is 'so single'
Sofia Vergara was earlier married to Joe Manganiello. Their divorce was finalized in April of this year, eight months after they announced their separation.
In July 2023, the former couple told Page Six, “We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect for our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
As the actress’ divorce proceedings were going on, she started a relationship with Saliman. In April, she shared a post with him on social media, which seems to have been deleted now.
“If u ever get a [major] knee surgery make sure u Get a handsome doctor who will sleep with u that night... ! Luv u,” the 52-year-old television personality wrote.
However, last month, Vergara responded affirmatively to Us Weekly when asked if “New York City is the best place to date,” hinting that she has broken up with her surgeon boyfriend.
She revealed, “Totally. Actually, I was talking yesterday about it because now I’m single so … kind of single.”
The ‘Modern Family’ alum further stated, “I feel like there’s a more diverse group of people in New York than in LA because most of the people are in the entertainment business. Here, you have people from all over the world — architects, writers, actors, businesspeople.”
