LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Taylor Swift and her family hosted Travis Kelce for their 'first Thanksgiving' together, an insider revealed to People.

The source said that Taylor and her family, including her father Scott and mother Andrea, hosted the Kelces in Nashville before Travis left to prepare for the Chiefs' winning game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday, November 29.

The insider said, "Taylor and Travis had a great Thanksgiving together with their families. It's the first Thanksgiving they celebrated together."

The source added, "Taylor and her family were excited to host the Kelces this year.  Jason was there with his family and kids too. It was very festive and special."

After the get-together, the pop icon also traveled to Kansas City where she arrived at Arrowhead Stadium with Travis' mother Donna to cheer on Travis.

However, one week before Thanksgiving, during an appearance on the 'Today' show, Donna said that Swift would probably not be joining the Kelces for the holiday.

She said, "I don't think so. She's kind of busy right now. She still has her tour to do" referring to Taylor's record-breaking Eras Tour which concludes on December 8.

Travis' mother added that "football is always the holidays" for her family and noted that her loved ones had not planned to have a Thanksgiving dinner.

She said at the time, "I think we’re just going to be at the football game."

Insider claims Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce could 'get engaged' by Christmas

An insider claimed that the pop icon and her boyfriend may be taking the next step in their relationship during the Christmas season, only with their families’ approval, according to OK Magazine.

The source said, "Taylor could have an engagement ring on her finger by Christmas" adding that bridal experts predict the bauble will likely be "huge and vintage-inspired."

The insider further claimed that Travis "will definitely talk to Taylor’s mom and dad — he wants to make sure he does everything the right way."

The source added, "The whole family is already crazy about him."

Notably, Taylor's dad Scott reportedly gushed "about how much he loves Travis for [his daughter]" to a seatmate on a flight in October, as per the outlet. Scott said, "Out of all of her boyfriends in the last 12 years… Travis has made the biggest impact." He thinks the Kelces are a "phenomenal family".

Travis Kelce's mother Donna recently dropped a hint about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's relationship and where it is heading. She took part in a Hallmark holiday movie 'Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story' which was inspired by Swift and Kelce's real-life relationship, according to Athlon Sports.

In one of the scenes, she delivered an intriguing line which appears to be a reference to her son's romance with the billionaire pop star. She said, "Don’t force it, ladies. Just let it happen. Trust me on this one" while she commented on the budding connection between the two main characters in the film.

Donna appeared to be speaking from recent experience when she said that relationships should not be "forced" and that they should be allowed to just happen naturally, according to the outlet.
