Their growing relationship has made headlines, and now, an exciting update has surfaced for both Swifties and Chiefs fans.

According to exclusive reports, a play based on the couple's love story could hit the Broadway stage in 2025. Sources revealed that the production will explore how Swift and Kelce met, showcasing their journey as one of the world’s most famous power couples.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's romantic play comes with a $7.5M budget

The play based on the high-profile romance between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce has been developed by a team of Canadian and American writers. They have shared their plans with the couple, but approval is still pending.

 

In the meantime, the writing team has revealed details about the 75-minute show. An insider told The US Sun, "Travis particularly struck the writers. They see him as the guy next door. Not a fashion model or a beautiful actor, but a hard-working athlete who has fought to the top."

 

While the couple is yet to confirm or approve the show, the writers are already planning a global tour with a proposed budget of $7.5 million. The source added, "If it works in New York, the plan is to take the show to London, Paris, Tokyo and beyond."

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are 'huge fans of shows,' reveals insider

Insiders have shared insights into how the couple might approve the proposal. The source explained, "They are both huge fans of plays and shows and see a Broadway show as something that could be one of the most creative experiences ever."

 

As for Travis Kelce, the NFL star is reportedly eyeing a career in Hollywood after his football days. "Travis is really into acting and enjoys the spotlights, whether on TV, podcasts, or at public events.," the source said.

 

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift, a long-time fan of Broadway shows, would likely find this exclusive offer intriguing. "Taylor loves Broadway shows in general. She's been a fan forever. They are also massive New York lovers, so that would be a fantastic opportunity to do something big in the Big Apple."
