Taylor Swift's leggy display at Grammys has fans wondering whether BF Travis Kelce 'taught her workouts'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: When Taylor Swift walked the red carpet of the 67th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 2, wearing a bright red Vivienne Westwood minidress, even the strictest fashion pundits could not find any fault with her attire.
From the draped asymmetric skirt to the dainty "T" chain hanging down her left tight, the 35-year-old pop star's outfit left no avenues to be criticized.
While the minidress may not have followed the formula of a regular couture gown - that Swift has been regularly wearing in the past few years while attending the award shows - the dress did manage to put her toned, mile-high legs on a gorgeous display, leading many fans to believe that her beau, Travis Kelce, might have been helping her with workouts, as per Parade.
Taylor Swift believes in maintaining strict fitness routine
While it's still a matter of discussion whether her red dress was a loud shoutout to Travis Kelce’s team, the Kansas City Chiefs, the fans were sure of one thing: the NFL star is not letting the singing diva skip a single leg day.
Though the Chiefs tight end might have been guiding Swift in her fitness journey, as per the fans, the songstress is quite a diligent student.
Last year, her personal fitness trainer, Kirk Myers opened up to Vogue about the 'Lover' singer's dedication to maintaining her fit body.
Praising the 14-time Grammy-winning singer's "work ethic," Myers said, "Some people would probably throw up or have to lay down on the floor if they trained like her."
The fitness guru added that when Swift isn't touring, she's "in the gym up to six days a week for sometimes two hours a day."
Though she does not work out daily while touring, Myers shared that "Taylor trained during the entire tour," adding, "We would average two times a week. In-season training was more about maintenance, and so it was more like stability, mobility, biomechanics."
"If you’ve seen the show, you know how intense it is physically. Imagine doing that three, four days in a row and then you finally have a few off days and you’re still showing up to gym. That’s Taylor," the Dogpound Gym founder noted.
