Travis Kelce jokes he is feeling ‘pressure’ while finding a perfect Valentine’s Day gift for Taylor Swift
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are one of the most talked-about couples in the entertainment industry and sports as well, but that doesn’t mean they have it easy when it comes to finding the perfect gift for each other.
The NFL star confessed that he is feeling the Valentine’s Day pressure as he tries to impress his pop star girlfriend with something special.
Travis and Jason Kelce talk about Valentine’s Day gifts on their podcast
On the January 10 episode of his 'New Heights' podcast, Travis, 34, and his brother Jason Kelce, 36, discussed what they plan to buy their women for the upcoming holiday.
Travis read an advertisement from their new program sponsor, Etsy, and said, “Whether you’re feeling the Valentine’s Day pressure like Jason and I, or trying to figure out the right gift for a significant other, Etsy is the go-to destination for adding that special touch.”

Jason, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles, told his brother that he started shopping for “something extra special” for his wife Kylie Kelce. However, he quickly admitted that he was lying. “I usually do it last second just like every other man out here on the planet,” he said.
Travis Kelce has kept his Valentine’s Day plans for Taylor Swift a secret
Jason also revealed that he usually sticks to the same gifts every year. “I usually get the same chocolates every year. The same flowers, and a card,” he said.
Travis responded by saying, “That’s adorable.” Unlike his brother, Travis did not share what he intended to buy for Taylor or their plans for their first Valentine’s Day together.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end will be available for the holiday even if his team makes it to the Super Bowl which is on February 11. Taylor, on the other hand, has shows scheduled for her Eras Tour in Australia before and after February 14, but she’s free on the actual day, according to Hollywood Life.
Travis has shown that he is willing to go all out for his girlfriend when it comes to gift-giving. According to a source who spoke to PageSix last month, “money is no object” for Travis when celebrating Swift’s birthday.
The singer turned 32 on December 13 and there were rumors Travis gifted her an opal ring. She had a star-studded party in New York City which Travis could not attend due to his sports commitments.
However, another source told the publication that he helped plan her party with “the help of some of her closest friends” and that he also “arranged a very intimate, romantic dinner just for the two of them.”
