Trump hilariously disses Marjorie Taylor Greene in front of her BF: 'Think it’s easy being with her?'

OCHOPEE, FLORIDA: President Donald Trump seemed to turn a serious immigration tour into a mini roast session of Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene and her boyfriend.
During a stop at Florida’s wild new migrant detention center nicknamed “Alligator Alcatraz” — which has a moat full of actual gators — Trump trolled Greene in front of her boyfriend, journalist Brian Glenn.

While strolling around the reptile-rimmed compound with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Trump bumped into Glenn — a reporter for the conservative outlet Real America's Voice, and Rep Greene’s very public boyfriend.
“Hi Brian,” Trump greeted him, before cheekily introducing him to Noem and DeSantis. “This is the boyfriend, very lucky, of Marjorie Taylor Greene.”
He then turned to DeSantis and asked, “Do you think it’s easy being with Marjorie?”
The Florida governor broke into a fit of giggles while the whole crew kept walking, the Daily Beast reported.
Noem also chimed in. “She was working out pretty hard this weekend,” she told Glenn, referencing a video of Greene training with her daughter before following Trump into another room.

Brian Glenn responds to Donald Trump's comments
To his credit, Brian Glenn handled the roast like a champ.
“Marjorie is incredibly tough and never backs down when it comes to fighting for her district and her country. She’s also the sweetest person I know, and she loves this country and President Trump with all her heart," he said in a statement to the Daily Mail.
Glenn, who’s been romantically linked with MTG since late 2022, also took to X (formerly Twitter) to play along with the presidential jab.
“I’m not going to answer that… kidding!!” he wrote in response to Trump’s question about dating the Georgia firebrand. But then he added, “She is a joy to be with and I love her with all my heart.”

The 55-year-old commentator has been rising fast in MAGA media circles and now enjoys rare access to the White House. He’s even a regular presence when Trump hits the road, reporting directly from wherever the action is.
Suit-shaming Volodymyr Zelensky and a police detail back home
Earlier this year, Glenn lit up social media after he publicly grilled Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a visit to the Oval Office, asking why he wasn’t wearing a suit.
In a clip that went viral, Glenn pressed Zelensky, “Why don’t you wear a suit? You’re at the highest level in this country’s office, and you refuse to wear a suit. Do you own a suit?”
But that moment came with consequences.
Glenn later revealed that the backlash from his comments has gotten very real and very dangerous.
“The feedback that I have personally gotten from, I would consider, America First people, the base, has been huge,” he said. “But I’ve received thousands of death threats.”
He even added that “I currently have a police unit at my house in Texas because they’re saying that they’re going to find me and harm me and things like that.”
Marjorie Taylor Greene vs Donald Trump's 'big, beautiful bill'
Meanwhile, Marjorie’s been locked in a battle over one of Trump’s signature legislative efforts.
The Georgia congresswoman has been loudly opposing part of the president’s so-called “Big, Beautiful Bill,” especially a controversial provision involving AI regulation. According to Greene, the bill would block states from regulating artificial intelligence for the next ten years.
“I am adamantly OPPOSED to this, and it is a violation of state rights, and I would have voted NO if I had known this was in there,” Greene declared.
Full transparency, I did not know about this section on pages 278-279 of the OBBB that strips states of the right to make laws or regulate AI for 10 years.

Luckily for her, Senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee stepped in and had the language yanked before the final vote. The bill cleared the Senate on Tuesday, but Greene still thinks the House will be a battleground.
In an interview with Steve Bannon, she was doubtful whether Speaker Mike Johnson could get it over the finish line. “There’s no way that [Speaker] Johnson has the votes in the House for this,” she said. “I think it’s far from over.”

However, the bill eventually passed both the House and the Senate.
