It is almost a ritual for Diesel and Ludacris to share tributes to Walker on his birthday and death anniversary. On Saturday, September 12, Diesel shared a picture that appears to be a still from ‘Fast & Furious’ and simply wrote, “Miss you.” The picture shows Diesel and Paul looking at each other and smiling.
Meanwhile, Ludacris shared an old photo of Walker and captioned it, “Happy Birthday My Virgo Brother. Your Soul Forever Reverberates Worldwide. Love.” In the image, Walker can be seen wearing a striped shirt and looking directly at the camera.
Diesel has often spoken about his bond with Walker and has always considered the late actor his brother. He frequently shares pictures and posts about him on social media. About 23 weeks ago, Diesel shared a picture of himself standing in front of a large poster featuring him and Walker from one of the ‘Fast & Furious’ movies.
He captioned the post: “Morning, angels. Beyond blessed in this lifetime... A mother who loved without condition, a father who raised me and taught me things no film set ever could... and a brother, on and off screen... who believed in a promise we made long before the world was watching.
“As I walked through the Petersen Museum, biggest car exhibit in history, I felt something deep and emotional… Standing among the machines, the memories, the weight of what we built together."
"It was there, surrounded by all of it, that a kind of clarity finally came... You will soon see Riddick. Theo. Xander. The Arbor King, which is literally Disney’s most enigmatic character... But the Fast finale- that... that, will be cathartic. Not just for me, but for all of us," he further wrote.
“One year, eleven months away... and maybe, just maybe, I will finally hear him say… ‘The best one, is finally on the screen.’ You are all a part of this beautiful dream...,” Diesel concluded.
Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow shares post honoring late father
The 27-year-old model shared a childhood picture of herself with her father. In the photo, Meadow can be seen wearing a white skirt and white top, with her hair left open as she looks at her father.
Walker, meanwhile, is seen wearing a black T-shirt, holding a camera and looking at his daughter. To honor her father, Meadow captioned the image, “Happy birthday to my guardian angel. I love you.”
