Dwayne Johnson allegedly shaded Vin Diesel in old post
Reports of a rift between Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson began in 2016 during the filming of the movie ‘The Fate of the Furious’.
In August of that year, Johnson, 52, shared a now-deleted post on his Instagram, praising his female co-stars and the ‘Fate of the Furious’ crew while slamming unnamed male co-actors.
He wrote, as per PEOPLE, “There's no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one. My female costars are always amazing and I love 'em. My male costars, however, are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand-up men and true professionals, while others don't.”
But Diesel dismissed any issue at the time. “I think some things may be blown out of proportion. I don't think that was his intention. I know he appreciates how much I work this franchise. In my house, he's Uncle Dwayne," said Diesel.
