What did Donald Trump say about Nate Silver's election prediction?
Donald Trump, during a campaign, mentioned Nate Silver's prediction saying, "If you look at the, uh, Nate Silver -- very respected guy, I don't know him, but he has me up by a lot."
Silver, who got famous over his election analysis site FiveThirtyEight, admitted that his election forecast “is still in toss-up range,” but shared that unlike other polls released this week, "are coming in below our current polling averages" for Harris.
As per the Silver Bulletin polling average, Harris beat Trump by 3.4 percentage points across national polling. However, Silver mentioned that "stranger things have happened than a candidate who was behind in the polls winning," reports Newsweek.
He added, "And in America's polarized political climate, most elections are close and a candidate is rarely out of the running."
Silver's forecast shows Trump scoring at crucial States to reach the majority mark of 270 electoral votes to win in November. These states comprise of Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
He predicted that Michigan and Wisconsin are going to witness a close fight between Republicans and Democrats.

One speculated, "Nate Silver works for a Peter Thiel company that benefits financially from people gambling on the election."
A user didn't buy into Silver's prediction on presidential race, "This is a giveaway that he or someone has "bought" Nate Silver. Judging by Nate's posts, I think he has been bought, and cannot be trusted...."
