Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley's changed appearance in mugshot from Georgia arrest sparks concern
CAROLL COUNTY, GEORGIA: Grace Kelley, daughter of country legend Wynonna Judd, has been arrested for the second time this year, with her recent mugshot revealing a notably sullen expression, as reported by the Daily Mail.
The 28-year-old, who was apprehended in Georgia on August 3, faces multiple charges including fleeing from a police officer, driving with a suspended license, and improper use of motorcycle equipment. She was previously taken into custody in April in Alabama for indecent exposure.

Grace Kelley looked sullen in a mugshot made public on Monday, August 12, just under two weeks after her arrest for multiple transportation-related charges. She was booked at the Carroll County Jail and released a day later on a $2,750 bond, as per ET.
In the photo, Kelley, who usually has dark hair, is seen with a cropped platinum blonde pixie cut and a downcast expression.
In April, the 28-year-old was arrested after exposing herself on a highway while holding a sign reading "A Ride for a Ride." This led to charges of soliciting prostitution, which were later dropped.
Her indecent exposure charge was reduced to public lewdness, for which she received a 90-day suspended sentence and a $200 fine.
Kelley was previously convicted in 2017 for drug-related offenses and served time in a drug recovery program. Despite being paroled in 2019, she has faced recurring legal issues, including a five-month sentence in 2023 for violating parole and a restraining order.
She gave birth to her daughter Kaliyah while on temporary leave from jail in March 2022, and Judd is reportedly in charge of the toddler's care.
Despite her daughter's significant legal issues, the 'Why Not Me' singer praised her as the "strongest Judd woman" during an appearance on 'The Pursuit! With John Rich' in 2020.
She said, "I have to say, my daughter is the strongest Judd woman in our 'herstory.'"
Grace Kelley's latest mugshot following her second arrest this year draws reactions
The new mugshot has sparked a wave of reactions online, with many expressing concern for Grace Kelley. Some others particularly took note of her changed appearance.
One commented, "Very sad situation for any mother and child. Addiction destroys lives."
Another user shared their hope for Kelley, saying, "I’m heard her father helped her last arrest. I pray that she can get the help she needs. She would definitely have access to any resources but she has to want help. Prayers."
A person expressed a more empathetic view, writing, "I can never judge people in such sad places in their life, I hope she gets her life together."
Someone else expressed, "She obviously has mental issues. She needs help for this. What a sad waste of what could have been a good life. She was a lovely young woman. I hope she gets better," while another commented, "You can see from the pictures her decline into addiction and mental illness. Sad."
One who was concerned for Kelley’s family, especially Judd, wrote, "This family has really been through it all. Hope the girl gets the help she desperately needs. Wynonna is probably a wreck over the state of her daughter."

"She is one very troubled young lady. Sad," expressed another person. An individual stated, "Why anyone thinks tattooing their face is a good look I’ll never understand," referring to her "forbidden" face tattoo.
One simply wrote, "Terrible."
