Abby Lee Miller shredded by Swifties for her harsh critique of Taylor Swift's dancing

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Dance Moms’ star Abby Lee Miller has been slammed by Swifties after she reportedly revealed that she’s not a fan of Taylor Swift’s dancing skill, which she finds “difficult to watch.”
She, however, hailed the Grammy winner’s new choreographer, Mandy Moore, during the Thursday, March 6, episode of Page Six's 'Virtual Reali-Te' podcast.

Miller said, “She changed choreographers. So I think that Mandy Moore, who is a genius, she was so much more intelligent to have Taylor kind of stand and do her own thing and let the other dancers be working in couples or trios and this or that around her — rather than a whole big group of dancers and Taylor doing the same choreography.”
Abby Lee Miller says ‘it’s smarter’ since Taylor Swift hired Mandy Moore
Continuing further, the 59-year-old noted that earlier judging Taylor Swift’s choreography was difficult.

“You’re trying to judge the choreography, but you’re looking at her not doing it correctly, being a beat behind, turning in her feet, all that. So it’s hard to judge what the choreography was, right?” she explained.
But she added, “I think it’s smarter now [with Moore’s intervention]. But yeah, I found it very difficult to watch.”
Abby Lee Miller says Taylor Swift’s parents did not send her to dance lessons
Abby Lee Miller then shared that she believes the pop sensation lacked good dance moves because she spent her childhood “hunched over” a guitar.

The reality TV personality said, “I think when she was a little girl, she was hunched over that guitar and she was writing music and creating music and she was working on her voice.”
“Her mom [Andrea Swift] and dad [Scott Swift] weren’t doing the dancing school lessons. When she was a little kid, that wasn’t important,” Miller asserted.
Abby Lee Miller calls Travis Kelce better dancer than Taylor Swift

However, this was not the first time the choreographer was bitter about Taylor Swift’s dance. In an episode of her 'Leave It On the Dance Floor' podcast in 2023, she claimed, “Taylor Swift is pigeon-toed,” as per Page Six.
Miller also stated at the time that the singer’s “boyfriend is a much better dancer. Let’s leave it at that. He’s a great dancer,” referring to Travis Kelce.
On her podcast, she even told model Crystal Hefner that the ‘Cruel Summer’ hitmaker “does probably think she should have danced as a kid. They had her slumped over that guitar, playing.”
Besides, in a TikTok video, Miller praised Kelce by writing, “Most football players like to show off! He’s a showman with swagger at heart!”
