Ben Affleck moved out of his and Jennifer Lopez's marital home 'several weeks ago' amid divorce speculation
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ben Affleck reportedly moved away from his and Jennifer Lopez’s marital home “several weeks ago,” says a source amid the growing speculation of problem in marriage.
Recently, a source close to the ‘Gigli’ stars, shared with Us Weekly that the 51-year-old actor moved away from their $60 million property that they scooped in June 2023.
It has also been reported that while the ‘Maid in Manhattan’ star continues to reside in the palatial Beverly Hills place, Affleck has moved into a rented property at Brentwood.
Jennifer Lopez is also looking for new property
The couple sparked the rumor of separation earlier this month after they were not seen publicly for a long time.
The Bronx diva even attended the Met Gala alone earlier this month. While the alleged discord between the couple started gaining traction among the fans, Lopez was seen hunting for a property in Los Angeles earlier this week.
The insiders have reported that she was looking for the property just as an investment as she does not harbor any desire to shift.
A source close to the couple shared with the outlet that, “Jen and Ben are having issues in their marriage.”
They continued, “They started having issues a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour.”
Following the release of her three-part documentary, film and album titled ‘This Is Me…Now’ in February 2024, Lopez also announced a promotional tour, which she said, would be her last “hurrah.”

Recently, a source close to the couple claimed in a bombshell report by InTouch that Affleck has “decided to call it quits” on his marriage
The source continued, "It's over; they're headed for a divorce and for once [Ben's] not to blame.”
"They'll never stop loving each other, but she can't control him, and he can't change her,” added the source before concluding, "There's no way it could have lasted.”
This is not all as prior to the Met Gala, a source shared with Life & Style Magazine that all was not well between the two stars.
During that time, Lopez was in NYC and Affleck was shooting for ‘The Accountant’ sequel in LA.
The source shared, “This is the first long stretch they’ve spent apart in a while," before adding, “And they’re both dealing with it in different ways.”
Pointing out some of the signs of trouble in their marriage, the insider dished, “She wants constant affirmation from him that she’s loved and adored.”
“But she’s not getting much of that now and Ben gets defensive and moody. The honeymoon is definitely over,” declared the mole before concluding, “The feeling is if they want to stay married, they both need to make some adjustments in their behavior."
The couple, called Bennifer by their fans, however, recently reunited after seven weeks during Affleck's child Fin's school performance of Thursday, 18.
