Billy Eichner, 46, recalled working with Shirley MacLaine in the Christmas film 'Noelle', which also featured Anna Kendrick, Bill Hader, Kingsley Ben-Adir, and Julie Hagerty, which the actor described as a "little-seen holiday film with a great cast."
Reflecting on his experience, he said, "And friggin' Shirley MacLaine, who told me the secret to living long."
He revealed that MacLaine, who is "like in her 90s now," recommended putting a drop of oil of oregano under the tongue every day, People reported.
Seth Rogen, 42, the Pumbaa to Eichner’s Timon in 'Mufasa: The Lion King', asked his co-star if MacLaine’s advice was followed.
"Do you do that?" asked Rogen. Eichner admitted he never tried it, saying, "I bought it, but I never did it."

Rogen is known for his comedic timing and shared his thoughts on his favorite holiday film, 'The Night Before'. The 2015 movie featured Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Anthony Mackie.
"I'm reminded by how many people actually found that movie because I'm constantly getting tagged in people's Instagram posts in the weeks leading up to Christmas, which is nice," said Rogen.
He added, "We wanted to make a movie that people watch every year around the holidays. And we sort of succeeded in that."
Billy Eichner recalls filming holiday segment with Will Ferrell
Billy Eichner reflected on his 2015 holiday-themed 'Billy on the Street' segment featuring Will Ferrell. The segment, shot in Manhattan during the summer, was memorable for both stars.
Eichner said, "We shot in the middle of July. It was 90 degrees, such a humid New York summer day, and we are in wool Christmas onesies, giving out Christmas gifts."
The intense heat forced them to take an unexpected break. "We are sweating so much," he recalled.
"We ran into an electronics store to escape the heat, and Will, I'm not kidding, just took off the onesie and was like in his underwear. It was like a scene out of a Will Ferrell movie," Eichner added.
Barry Jenkins' directed 'Mufasa: The Lion King,' now in theaters, features Aaron Pierre as Mufasa and Kelvin Harrison Jr as Scar, alongside Donald Glover, Beyonce, Blue Ivy Carter, and more.
