Blake Lively shifts focus to LA wildfires in first post since filing lawsuits against Justin Baldoni
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Blake Lively has returned to social media with a message of support for Los Angeles residents grappling with devastating wildfires.
This marks her first post since her legal battle with actor-director Justin Baldoni gained public attention.
Blake Lively shares resources for fire victims
On Wednesday, January 8, Blake Lively shared two Instagram Stories aimed at assisting those impacted by the fires that have ravaged Southern California since Tuesday, January 7.
The 'Gossip Girl' star highlighted a Google document compiled by @mutualaidla containing links to shelters, food resources, animal rescues, and free PPE.
“To everyone affected by the Los Angeles fires,” Lively captioned the post.
She urged her followers to contribute additional resources and thanked the community for their ongoing efforts.
Her social media advocacy comes as the National Guard joins exhausted firefighters battling six separate blazes across the region.
The fires have destroyed more than 2,000 structures, claimed five lives, and displaced thousands of residents, according to Daily Mail.
Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, primarily reside in New York with their four children.
Despite her personal legal challenges, Lively has shifted her focus to supporting the Los Angeles community during this crisis.

Legal drama between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni escalates
Blake Lively’s heartfelt post comes amid her ongoing legal feud with Justin Baldoni, her co-star and director in 'It Ends With Us.'
The actress filed two lawsuits accusing Baldoni of harassment and fostering a toxic work environment during the film's production.
The first lawsuit, filed in December with the California Civil Rights Commission, claimed Baldoni and his team engaged in a "smear campaign" to damage her reputation.
Lively expanded her accusations with a federal lawsuit filed in New York on New Year’s Eve, the same day Baldoni initiated a $250 million libel lawsuit against The New York Times for its reporting on her claims.
Baldoni has denied all allegations and has released voice notes and statements through his attorney.
In one note, Baldoni accused Lively of “bullying” behavior and claimed she tried to exclude him from the film’s premiere.
His team has vowed to release all evidence publicly, asserting their confidence in proving Lively’s accusations false.
