AUSTIN, TEXAS: Tech billionaire Elon Musk has granted a "special status" to only one of the baby mamas, Shivon Zilis, mother to four of his children, to get VIP treatment, a report from the Wall Street Journal reveals.

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has fathered 14 children from four different women over the past two decades, according to the report.

Shivon Zilis, a Yale alum and a top executive at his brain-chip startup, Neuralink, told Elon Musk’s biographer Walter Isaacson that the tech billionaire "really wants smart people to have kids, so he encouraged me to."

Insiders claimed that Zilis is not just any other baby mama and that she gets VIP treatment from the tech billionaire.

Interestingly, Musk spends time at her home in Austin and brings her along to high-profile public events, sources revealed to the outlet.

Moreover, the Canada-born is seen as a steadying force in Musk’s world and the most prominent of all his baby mamas, insiders revealed.

Furthermore, she announced the arrival of her fourth child with Musk in February 2025.

Musk and Zilis were seen together at a pre-inauguration event in January 2025 for President Donald Trump in Washington, DC, where they mingled with billionaire Jeff Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez.

Meanwhile, Zilis has gone public with her admiration for the Tesla CEO.

In 2020, she wrote on X, "No one’s perfect but I’ve never met anyone who goes through more personal pain to fight for an inspiring future for humanity—and has done so tirelessly for decades."

She added, "Everyone’s entitled to their opinion, but mine is that there’s no one I respect and admire more."

Musk's other baby mamas are pop star Grimes and social media influencer Ashley St Clair. They, however, do not enjoy the same perks as Zilis.

Ashley St Clair reveals Elon Musk's obscene offer to buy her silence

Ashley St Clair revealed Elon Musk offered her a huge amount of money to not publicly name him as the father of her newborn child, according to Daily Mail.

She also shared that the child she shares with Musk is a baby boy named Romulus.

St Clair first revealed that she had given birth to Musk's child in February. Notably, this has Musk locked in a legal battle with St Clair, which requires him to undergo a paternity test.

St Clair claimed that Musk offered her $15 million and $100,000 a month to not publicly disclose him as the father of the child until he turns 21.

Interestingly, she refused the offer and resorted to selling her Tesla instead.

Musk's fixer, Jared Birchall, approached her with the offer, informing her it was the same agreement that the billionaire had with other mothers of his children, such as Grimes and Zilis.

Other demands by Musk included delivering the baby via a caesarian section, which he believes allows the child to have a larger brain and not undergo a circumcision, per the outlet. The demands were rejected by St Clair, who wanted a natural birth because of her Jewish faith.

However, she did accept the request of leaving Musk's name off of Romulus' birth certificate, an offer that Birchall made while she was inducing labor.
