LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: There was an embarrassing incident at Gwyneth Paltrow's home when an A-list celebrity using 'Ozempic' had an unfortunate bowel incident in a bed at her Hamptons residence.

News of this mortifying event reportedly spread rapidly through Long Island's exclusive community, prompting speculation about the identity of the guest involved.

A party at the celebrity's vacation home turned awkward when an unnamed A-lister using the weight-loss drug Ozempic allegedly had a bathroom mishap in their bed.

Reportedly unable to face the consequences of Ozempic-induced diarrhea, the star quietly left Paltrow's expansive home and returned to New York City in shame.

Ozempic, often used to treat diabetes, has gained notoriety in Hollywood as a discreet way to lose weight rapidly, as per DailyMail.

Semaglutide, the active ingredient, promotes weight loss but also triggers the gastrocolic reflex, leading to sudden and uncontrollable diarrhea.

The embarrassing incident was initially reported as a blind item in a weekly gossip magazine, which hinted at widespread use among guests at parties in the area.

The blind item stated, "Ozempic-induced diarrohea is becoming a very hot topic of conversation between hosts there — because so many of their guests are using it. So expect laundrettes to be fully booked from July 4."

There is no indication that Paltrow herself has used or is using Ozempic or similar medications. The incident reportedly involved a guest experiencing the drug's unpleasant side effects at her residence.

Upon learning that an A-list celebrity left Gwyneth Paltrow's home due to an embarrassing side effect from Ozempic, many have offered their suggestions, as per DailyMail.

One said, "It was Katy Perry" Another wrote, "Amber Heard is back…" The third suggested, "Was it Gwyn's good friend, the runaway bride, Kelly Bensimon? "

The fourth added, "Sounds like that scene from Brides Maid, hope it was that Taylor Swift one."

The last one said, "This is a very unfortunate and extremely embarrassing incident for whoever this person may be. I will not speculate, although I will note that a powerful NY politician may have had an unintended gastrointestinal incident prior to Ms. Paltrow's soirée. I might direct the intrepid reader to a popular video site, searching, "did Jerry Nadler have an 'Oops' moment?" This inquiry is, of course, purely scientific. "

Celebrities who have acknowleged of using Ozempic

In recent months, several celebrities have acknowledged using Ozempic, including Oprah Winfrey, Elon Musk, Sharon Osbourne, Chelsea Handler, and Robbie Williams.

Comedian Amy Schumer, who started using the drug in 2022 but stopped in June 2023 due to side effects, admitted, "I was one of those people who felt so sick."

Rebel Wilson, who lost 80 pounds over four years to reach her goal weight of 165 pounds (11 stone 8 pounds), mainly in 2020 during her 'year of health', attributed her success to healthy eating and exercise.

However, while promoting her memoir, 'Rebel Rising', the 44-year-old 'Pitch Perfect' star confessed to briefly using Ozempic after losing weight to help maintain her new shape.

She explained, "Someone like me could have a bottomless appetite for sweets, so I think those drugs can be good." Rebel mentioned that she has since regained 20 pounds due to the stress surrounding the release of her controversial book.

Oprah Winfrey, 70, recently reflected on how laughing about her weight became a national pastime in America. Speaking on her program "Shame, Blame And The Weight Loss Revolution," she recalled, "I was ridiculed on every late-night talk show for 25 years and tabloid covers for 25 years."

She admitted to trying various fad diets, including a liquid-only one that led to a 67-pound loss (which she quickly regained).

In December, Winfrey, who stepped down from her role as a WeightWatchers ambassador, confessed to using 'weight loss medication'.

She claimed, "The fact that there’s a medically approved prescription for managing weight and staying healthier, in my lifetime, feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift, and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for. I’m done with the shaming." She has now achieved her goal weight of 160 pounds (11 stone 4 pounds).
