Internet hails ‘goat man’ Lamar Odom as he offers dental makeover to Gypsy Rose Blanchard

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Lamar Odom, the former NBA star, is reportedly offering a dental makeover to Gypsy Rose Blanchard, a survivor of child abuse and ex-prisoner who was freed on December 28, 2023.

The 44-year-old, who was a member of the Los Angeles Lakers, has apparently proposed to provide the 32-year-old social media influencer with a new set of teeth via his company, Oxy Dental, as per a recent report.

According to TMZ sources, Lamar contacted Gypsy via social media with the offer, captivated by her story, and she is considering it.

He reportedly felt a strong urge to assist after learning that her dental issues were a part of her troubled history, and he even intends to provide the $30,000 procedure at no cost.

It remains uncertain whether she will accept the offer or not.

Lamar's proposal comes in the wake of Gypsy's years-long experience as a victim of Munchausen by proxy syndrome, a rare form of abuse where a guardian, in this case, Gypsy's mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, exaggerates or induces illness in a child for attention and sympathy.

Some of Gypsy's teeth and salivary glands were reportedly removed after Dee Dee alleged she had tooth decay. She was left with only 16 teeth and now has stainless crowns, per Hollywood Life.

The ex-inmate from Chillicothe Correctional Center in Chillicothe, Missouri, Gypsy has been making strides in her personal life.

In July 2022, she tied the knot with Ryan Scott Anderson at her correctional center in Missouri.

Her current husband, a fellow Louisiana native, corresponded with her through letters during her incarceration, leading to their romantic relationship.

The Internet lauded Lamar Odom for his offer to provide a dental makeover to Gypsy Rose.

One user praised the former NBA staron Facebook, "Lamar is the goat man."

Another insisted, "She should take it!!! And any other free surgeries she's offered!!!"

"He is a good guy. Runs a couple rehab center and always trying to do good these days," said another. 

"Lamar, I would appreciate your help with all my (heart emoji)" stated another. 

One person wrote, "Haters. She was tortured most of her life, let her enjoy herself."

Another person penned, "Amazing! A dream of mine as well. So happy for her."
