TENAFLY, NEW JERSEY: Alina Habba, the lawyer who has gained notoriety for her controversial defenses of former president Donald Trump, found herself at the center of internet mockery this week.

A series of videos of Habba attempting to prepare a Passover brisket alongside 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Siggy Flicker went viral, with online critics mercilessly roasting the attorney's awkward culinary skills, the Newsweek reported.

The clips, posted to Flicker's Instagram on Monday morning, April 22, depict the unlikely duo chopping vegetables and seasoning the meat ahead of the Jewish holiday.

"Started my morning with my bestie ALINA HABBA, (Jill of many trades) who came over to make a brisket for my family! Now you know we are going to #HABBA A NICE PASSOVER!!!" Flicker captioned the video.

However, Habba's awkward handling of kitchen utensils quickly captured the internet's attention. "Alina Habba gives a masterclass on how to saw celery," quipped founder of MeidasTouch Ron Filipkowski on X, sharing a video of Habba aggressively hacking at celery stalks that racked up over 360,000 views.

Alina Habba faced mockery during her defense of Trump

Earlier this year, Alina Habba faced relentless mockery during her defense of Donald Trump in a defamation and sexual harassment lawsuit brought forth by former columnist E Jean Carroll. This case ultimately resulted in a substantial legal defeat for the ex-president.

Despite not representing Trump in ongoing criminal matters, Habba made a notable appearance at his hush-money trial in New York, adopting her new role as Trump's "legal spokesperson", where she claims to deliver unfiltered truth and lesser-known facts.

The video's co-star, Flicker, is no stranger to controversy herself. An outspoken Trump supporter, Flicker has drawn criticism for her unwavering support for Trump, even after her stepson was arrested on charges related to the January 6 Capitol attack.

In a September 2023 interview with Newsweek, Flicker doubled her admiration for Trump, calling him "the greatest president in the history of America and the greatest friend to the Jewish people and the State of Israel."
