DALLAS, TEXAS: Jason Kelce's choice of attire on the November 18 edition of ESPN's 'Monday Night Countdown' had social media buzzing.

The former Philadelphia Eagles center, known for his laid-back style, turned heads with a Western-inspired outfit that included suspenders over a blue collared shirt, a bolo tie, and a brown hat.

Jason Kelce’s bold outfit draws ‘Amish cowboy’ and ‘urbanite cosplaying' comments

The quirky ensemble appeared fitting for the evening's setting in Dallas, Texas, where the Dallas Cowboys faced off against the Houston Texans, Ok Magazine reported.

However, viewers couldn’t resist poking fun at the 37-year-old’s bold look.

One joked, “He looks like an Amish Cowboy.”

Another declared, “He looks like an urbanite cosplaying as a cowboy.”

A follower remarked, "Didn’t take Jason Kelce to be a belt and suspenders guy. He’ll take your order for your artisinal goat cheese after he helps raise the barn though."

One comment jokingly declared, "That or he’s going to build a barn somewhere deep in Amish country."

Another observed, "He looks like the guy from the mountain climber game on the Price is Right."

As one person explained, "He looks like my substitute teacher who won’t let me go to the bathroom unless I say “may I” and he also has a dog."

Someone else noted, "Why is everyone in the NFL retarded with fashion?"

One more viewer said, "He looks like he’s on his way to milk the cows."

Another fan quipped, "Looks like a Spirit Halloween Amish farmer costume."

Jason Kelce 'don’t like to play dress-up' while Travis is a 'fashionista'

Jason Kelce has never been one to focus on high fashion, and his brother has been candid about it.

Reflecting on his approach to style during an episode of the 'New Heights' podcast he co-hosts with his brother, Travis Kelce, he candidly explained: “What the f**k do I care about a game-day 'fit? Some people go to play football and some people go to play dress-up, OK? I don’t like to play dress-up. I like to play football, alright?”

Known for rocking flip-flops in any weather, Jason finds comfort more important than trends, according to People reports.

Addressing past discussions about his footwear, he said, “I wear flip-flops all the time. I don’t even know why this is newsworthy."

"People are like, ‘How could you survive out there in the cold?!’ I’m like, ‘Lady, I was at a hotel. I walked into a bus. Do you think I’m trenching through the city of Kansas City in flip flops?! No!’”

While Jason embraces practicality, his brother Travis is known for his bold and fashionable game-day outfits.

Their mother Donna Kelce weighed in on their contrasting styles during an appearance on Martha Stewart’s podcast in May.

“[Travis is] a fashionista [and takes pride in his] image and what he looks like,” Donna shared. “Most of the time he’s doing it to make people laugh or to talk. He loves being the center of attention.”
