WASHINGTON, DC: Shocking evidence has been uncovered that former President Joe Biden was a figurehead controlled by unelected Oval Office bureaucrats, who dictated world-changing US policy through executive orders issued in his name, Radar Online claimed in a report published on Monday, March 24.

An investigation by the Oversight Project, an arm of conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation, supposedly found that the former president didn't use his own hand to sign several executive orders documented in the Federal Register's office between 2021 and 2025, per the outlet.

Insiders claim anyone with access to the autopen could have made critical decisions in Joe Biden's name

Insiders informed Radar Online that the shocking discovery has confirmed that the 82-year-old former president was "simply a figurehead." They added that the documents were signed with an autopen.

An insider told the outlet, "It's basically a rubber stamp. And its regular use in the Biden administration begs the question of who was in control of the device while he was in office."

The source continued, "If he wasn't signing the orders, then any flunky with access to the autopen could have made critical decisions in his name for all Americans."

Insiders further claimed that the orders changed the government's approach on everything from artificial intelligence (AI) supervision to energy exports and courts-martial in the armed forces, per Radar Online.

The Oversight Project took to X (formerly Twitter) on March 6 to declare, "WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY."

Meanwhile, some argue that Biden is not the only president who used an autopen, and that current President Donald Trump sometimes uses one to sign executive orders.

However, sources said that Trump also signs many by hand, and at times turns such signings into political theater witnessed by dignitaries and the press.

Insiders fear Biden may have been susceptible to manipulation as his cognitive abilities appeared to decline during his first and only term as POTUS.

Some doctors, even though they didn't treat the former president, believe that Biden displayed troubling symptoms of dementia, including disorientation, delusions, forgetfulness, irritability, dilated pupils, and a rigid gait, per the outlet.

Joe Biden issued preemptive pardons before exiting the White House

Joe Biden issued a series of preemptive pardons to many individuals, including his family members like brothers James and Francis Biden, sister Valerie Biden Owens, and their spouses, during his final hours in office.

He argued that his family had been "subjected to unrelenting attacks and threats, motivated solely by a desire to hurt me - the worst kind of partisan politics."
