LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Maya Henry, the ex-fiancee of Liam Payne, has published a book summary with passages that strikingly resemble the events surrounding Payne's death on October 16, 2024.

Reports have surfaced that Payne, 31, tragically died after falling from the third-floor balcony of a hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Maya Henry's 'Looking Forward' draws disturbing parallels to Liam Payne's death

In the novel 'Looking Forward', Maya Henry, who was once engaged to Liam Payne, offers a glimpse into what she characterizes as a toxic relationship with the singer.

The narrative centers on a fictional couple, Mallory and Oliver, but Henry has acknowledged in interviews that the story draws heavily from her own experiences. She has also drawn parallels between herself and the character Mallory.

In one scene from the book, the model visits her boyfriend, who is abusing drugs and behaving erratically. He is also repeatedly harming himself, “again and again, working himself into a frenzy,” according to Page Six.

In the narrative, Mallory desperately pleads with Oliver to stop harming himself, but before she can reach him, he is already on his feet. Henry writes, “He looks at me for a split second, then turns on his heels and races straight for — Oh no. F**k. The balcony.”

Oliver screams that he wants to "die" and threatens to "f***king kill" himself. The balcony scene described in the book hauntingly parallels the circumstances of Payne's death.

In the narrative, an unforeseen turn of events occurs when Mallory tumbles from the balcony; luckily, she sustains only slight injuries.

For those who may not know, the former One Direction member and Maya Henry dated from 2018 to 2022. Just before his death, Maya appeared on 'The Internet Is Dead Podcast', where she shared that he often joked about dying.
