JUPITER, FLORIDA: On Thursday, March 21, Donald Trump Jr, the eldest son of former President Donald Trump, stirred up some controversy when he voiced his concern about the inconsistent appraisals of his father's real estate holdings.

During a conversation with Newsmax's Eric Bolling, Trump Jr expressed his annoyance at people and media outlets that alter the valuation of his family's assets to suit their own agendas, prompting backlash from social media users who ridiculed his claims.

What did Trump Jr say during his conversation with Eric Bolling?

“If it’s worth 18 million, and that’s good for the soundbite at the time, it’s worth 18 million,” Trump Jr posited to Bolling. “If it’s worth hundreds of millions the next day for a different purpose, it’s worth hundreds of millions. And that’s what’s going on.”

The issue arose following Don Sr's admission of facing challenges in obtaining the $464 million bond required to appeal the New York civil fraud verdict, which resulted from a pattern of overestimating asset values for loans and undervaluing them for tax purposes, per a report from OK Magazine.

Failure to secure the bond by Monday, March 25, may result in the confiscation of his properties by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Despite numerous bond companies, such as Nationwide, turning down the former president, Trump asserts that he has access to approximately $500 million in cash.
