Meghan Markle makes guest appearance at Kerry Washington's birthday ceremony
Meghan Markle made a subtle appearance at the end of a video that Jessica Alba posted, revealing that she was present for the "girl's night" where they used their "third eye," set new goals, and "release what no longer serves us."
Although Alba and Washington posted several images and videos from the celebrations, none of them featured the former working Royal.
The caption for the carousel said, "Happy Born Day to my girl @kerrywashington," Alba wrote. The images depicted the women smudging, writing in notebooks, and connecting with their "third eye"
CEO of Baby2Baby Kelly Sawyer, marketing chief for Jessica's business The Honest Company Jen Kroog Rosenberg, and chief marketing and communications officer of Coatue, Shahed Fakhari Larson, were also invited, per Hello! Magazine.
"Feeling extra grateful - to more nights like these. Which for me is always a time for reflection and healing!" Washington wrote alongside a collection of photos from the evening.
The celebration came days after a wrecking Vanity Fair article about Meghan and her husband Prince Harry was released, which caused the former working royal couple a devastating blow.
The Duchess of Sussex was described in the Vanity Fair narrative as first being "warm and effusive" toward staff members but becoming "cold and withholding toward the person she perceived to be responsible" when something "went poorly."
Jessica Alba looked stunning despite her unexpected split from Cash Warren
Meanwhile, the 'Fantastic Four' star appeared vibrant at the birthday celebration while currently navigating a divorce after separating from husband Cash Warren of 16 years.
Warren, 45, and Alba, 43, first met on the 'Fantastic Four' set in 2004. They got married in May 2008 and have three kids: son Hayes, 7, and daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13.
According to a January 9 TMZ report, the couple was separated and was close to getting a divorce. An insider told PEOPLE on January 15 that Alba had hired a divorce attorney.
Then, another source told PEOPLE, "No matter what's going on right now, it seems they will remain close. If they're filing for divorce, it's not because of some hateful drama."
Alba stated that her 2024 was "filled with connection, growth, adventures, laughter, peace, sisterhood, transformation, rebirth, joy and so much love" in a cryptic post on New Year's Eve post.
The mother-of-three posted on Instagram in May 2024 to celebrate her wedding anniversary with Warren, writing, "16 years of marriage, 20 years together and forever to go."
"I’m proud of us for making it this far. There is no real set of rules or guidance that can ever prepare you for what it means to commit to another person and choose to be family," she remarked at the time.

"I've been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years - both as an individual and in partnership with Cash," the 'Trigger Warning' actress wrote in a post on Instagram on Thursday, January 16.
"I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it's now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals," she stated.
"We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time," Alba added.
