Gypsy Rose Blanchard's parole officer cites 'security risks' as reason for her departure from Missouri

Sources close to the case told TMZ that a parole officer notified Gypsy, who has been in prison for plotting the murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, that local law enforcement wanted her to depart Missouri as soon as possible due to "security risks" that her continued presence might bring.

It is speculated that because she has become something of a local celebrity, drawing crowds and media attention wherever she goes, officials feel that having her in the area poses a threat to public safety and security.
