Taylor Swift and Blake Lively ‘are talking again’ after pop star was annoyed over Justin Baldoni drama

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Blake Lively might have lost her favorite status among fans following her ‘It Ends With Us’ controversy with co-star Justin Baldoni, but one thing has once again fallen into place - her friendship with Taylor Swift, 35.
After months of speculations surrounding the two divas’ friendship, it has recently been revealed that Lively and Swift have mended their relationship and that the ‘Gossip Girl’ actress’ best friend is talking to her again.

As reported by NewsNation’s Paula Froelich, both ladies are back on talking terms after the 14-time Grammy winner was left appalled when she was unknowingly dragged into Lively’s legal drama that escalated into a full-blown PR crisis for the 37-year-old actress.

As reported by the news outlet, "(Swift and Lively) have worked everything out.”
Referencing the fact that Swift was unknowingly dragged into the legal drama, an insider shared with the outlet that, “Blake apologized and they are talking again.”
Previously, the outlet reported that the ‘Sisterhood of Traveling Pants’ star’s lawsuit against Baldoni “annoyed” the global pop sensation as she found herself unceremoniously dragged into the same.

Another source shared in January, "Taylor is annoyed she was brought into this,” before adding, “She was supporting her friend — and went to her house to hang out, and now that (hangout) is part of (Baldoni’s) lawsuit. It’s a lot.”
Baldoni’s lawsuit against Lively came as a retaliation after the wife of Ryan Reynolds filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department against Baldoni, and accused him of harassment, along with coordinating a “plan” to “destroy” her reputation.
Following Lively’s complaint, the ‘It Ends With Us’ director filed a $400 million lawsuit against the actress, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist Leslie Sloane. In his suit, he denied the accusations while claiming that the trio, not he, sought to “destroy” his reputation.
Swift’s name was, however, mentioned a few times in the lawsuits.
Taylor Swift’s name appears a few times in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni lawsuits
Taylor Swift was “annoyed” by the fact that her name appeared in the lawsuit a few times despite her not being involved in the legal tiff between the ‘It Ends With Us’ co-stars.
The ‘Bad Blood’ singer’s name was mentioned twice in Baldoni’s lawsuit, with the first time being Lively comparing Swift and Reynolds to her “dragons” as a reference to ‘Game of Thrones’.
In a text message to Baldoni, Lively allegedly compared herself to Khaleesi from ‘Game of Thrones’, and wrote, “If you ever get around to watching Game of Thrones, you’ll appreciate that I’m Khaleesi, and like her, I happen to have a few dragons. For better or worse, but usually better. Because my dragons also protect those I fight for. So really we all benefit from those gorgeous monsters of mine. You will too, I can promise you.”

She allegedly referred to her husband and Swift as her “dragons".
Elsewhere in the filing, Baldoni claimed that Lively brought her friend to a rooftop meeting about script changes, and she was allegedly using Swift to intimidate him.
However, this mention allegedly angered the 'Lover' singer as she was simply there to meet her friend and had no intention to interfere in the meeting.
A source previously told Daily Mail, as reported by The Mirror, "This was the first time that Taylor ever met Justin. She had no idea who he was and Taylor was simply being polite. She was polite to him as she is to everyone she meets.”
In the light of the lawsuits, the friendship between Lively and Swift apparently suffered, which is, as reported by sources, now on the verge of mending.
