Taylor Swift's new book will give readers a rare look at her romances and her relationship with Travis Kelce
A source revealed to RadarOnline, "Taylor never holds back in her song lyrics – and the same is going to be true of this book."
'The Official Eras Tour Book' will feature Swift's "own personal reflections, never-before-seen behind-the-scenes photos, all the magical memories" that fans and the singer have created during the tour, which began in March 2023 and has since raked in $1 billion.
"It is a celebration of her tour of course, and really glossy and filled with her usually positivity – but anyone who has crossed her better be scared," shared the insider.
They added, "She is also going to use this book as a take-down of anyone she feels has crossed her, including those who shared those ‘showmance’ rumors. It will have references to it all in her own way, just like her songs."
Swift's boyfriend, NFL star Kelce, has attended many of the singer's shows and even taken the stage a few times. However, the couple's relationship has not always been pleasant.
"The guy's been described as a golden retriever because he's always so happy-go-lucky, but in that moment, it seemed like he'd finally cracked, and viewers saw his true emotions," expressed the source.
They further noted, "The last thing Travis ever wants to do is let his team down, and lately that's what was happening. It didn't help that everyone from Chiefs fans to sports commentators are saying he's out of shape and it's all Taylor's fault. The Swifties are the ones defending him!"
The couple made attempts to convince both fans and critics that their romance was entirely genuine as the 'Lover' singer faced accusations of controlling every aspect of their relationship.
Swift has had been in relationships with several prominent individuals in the past, including Joe Jonas (2008), Taylor Lautner (2009), Jake Gyllenhaal (2010), Harry Styles (2012 - 2013), Calvin Harris (2015 - 2016), Tom Hiddleston (2016), Joe Alwyn (2016 - 2023), and Matty Healy (2023).
The singer frequently explores universal themes in her love songs. However, being aware of Swift's past relationships allows fans to comprehend that parts of the lyrics were allegedly inspired by her ex-boyfriends.
Taylor Swift follows up concert film success with Eras Tour book
The multi-Grammy-winning singer announced on her social media accounts that she will be publishing a 256-page hardcover book that details her historic tour, which has now been to five countries.
"We’ll be kicking off the final leg of The Eras Tour this week, which is hard to comprehend. This tour has been the most wondrous experience and I knew I wanted to commemorate the memories we made together in a special way. Well, two ways actually," wrote Swift.
She added, "Excited to announce that The Official Eras Tour Book, filled with my own personal reflections, never-before-seen behind the scenes photos, all the magical memories you guys brought every single night."
Released in October 2023, her concert film 'Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour' earned $267 million globally during its brief theatrical release, making it the highest-grossing concert film ever.
The singer also revealed that she will be offering physical copies of her most recent album, 'The Tortured Poets Department', in the "Anthology" version ($59.99) for the first time since its digital debut in April, as per Page Six.
"The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology on vinyl and CD will all be available for the first time ever only at @Target starting Nov 29th," shared Swift.
Although the pop star has been the subject of several books, this will be the first time she has published one of her own. The announcement video mentions that over 500 photos from the tour will be included in the book.
