LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Eric Kripke, the creator of superhero TV series 'The Boys', teased a crossover with 'Wonder Woman' Lynda Carter in support of Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential bid.

The 73-year-old actress recently campaigned on behalf of "Geeks and Nerds for Harris Walz" on X (formerly Twitter). She also advised the Democratic nominee to dismiss any attacks from her opponent, Donald Trump, saying, "She should handle it by dancing," as per the Washington Examiner.

On X, Lynda Carter wrote, "I’m putting out the bat signal for a special meeting… We’re assembling to avenge our rights… Geeks and Nerds for Harris Walz. Need our finest superheroes. Need YOU. Who’s with me?"

Kripke responded to the post and wrote, "I’m in. I created #Supernatural & the TV version of #TheBoys. It’s the Sam/Dean/Castiel/Wonder Woman/Homelander cross over we didn’t know we needed."

Soon after, the 'Wonder Woman,' actress replied, "Let’s go, Boys."

Kirpke revealed in 2022 to Rolling Stone that one of the main antagonists of 'The Boys', Homelander, played by Antony Starr, has "always been a Trump analogue for me," with his behavior continuing to parallel Donald Trump, throughout the series.

'The Boys' was adapted from a comic book series of the same name, written by Garth Ennis and co-created and illustrated by Darick Robertson.

'The Boys' Season 4 came to an end on July 18. Season 5, which will be the last installment of the Amazon Prime Video series, is expected to air in 2026. The show also has a spin-off, 'Gen V', along with the newly announced 'The Boys: Mexico' and 'Vought Rising'.

Celebs show support to Kamala Harris at DNC

Several A-listers, including Mindy Kaling, Ana Navarro, and Eva Longoria, showed up at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Chicago to throw their support behind Kamala Harris.

'Star Wars' actor Mark Hamill informed Fox News that he is "very confident" Harris will beat Donald Trump in November. He said, "In the movies, I fought against make-believe evil. But we’re at a time in history where we’re fighting against real evil. So, I beg you, please don’t go to the orange side."

Oprah Winfrey also talked highly about Harris during her DNC address. She noted, "It was the grace and guts and courage of women like Tessie Prevost Williams that paved the way for another young girl, who nine years later became part of the second class to integrate the public schools in Berkeley, California."

"It seems to me that both at school and at home, someone did a beautiful job of teaching this young girl how to challenge those at the top and empower those at the bottom. They showed her how to view the world, not just as it is, but as it could be. They instilled in her a passion for justice and freedom, and the fighting spirit necessary to pursue that passion," added the legendary talk show host.

She declared, "And soon—very soon—we're going to be teaching our daughters and sons about how this child of an Indian mother and a Jamaican father, two idealistic and energetic immigrants, immigrants grew up to become the 47th President of the United States."

Rapper Common, who performed at the DNC, noted, "I thank God for this moment in time where Kamala Harris will change the world for the better with love, hope, and grace."
