Tom Brady’s amazed reaction while watching Simone Biles’ epic floor routine goes viral

PARIS, FRANCE: NFL legend Tom Brady was shocked to see Simone Biles' 'insane' floor routine at the Paris Olympics as she competed on her last day, Monday, August 5, in two events.

Even though Biles won the silver medal during the floor routine, missing the gold after she fell off the balance beam, Brady, the former New England Patriots quarterback, was left with his mouth wide open watching her.

This silver is the 11th medal of Simone Biles’ Olympic career, seven of which are gold. The American gymnast won four medals in Paris, leading the US to gold in by winning gold in the all-around and vault finals, and silver in the floor final.

On Monday, Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade won gold while Team USA's Jordan Chiles bagged bronze.

"I’ve accomplished way more than my wildest dreams, not just at these Olympics but in gymnastics," Biles said post the events on Monday.

"Walking away with four medals, I’m not mad about it. I’m pretty proud of myself," she added.

One of the most eye-catching moments was when Biles and Chiles decided to bow down to Andrade at the podium.

“I love Rebeca. She’s absolutely amazing,” Biles said Monday.

“Jordan was like, 'Should we bow to her?’ And I was like, 'Absolutely.’ It was just the right thing to do,” the silver medalist gymnast said, according to USA Today.

Tom Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl champion, attended the competition with his daughter, Vivian, sitting near the front row.

He also met with Biles’ teammate Suni Lee, who posted a picture of her posing with Brady on her Instagram.

Brady was not the only famous face watching Biles in her last action at the Paris Olympics.

 

“A-listers Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman, and Serena Williams previously gathered at the Olympic venue to watch the most decorated athlete in the history of gymnastics,” the Associated Press noted.

“Spike Lee, Michael Phelps, Lady Gaga, Tom Cruise, and Jessica Chastain also made a stop at the gymnastics venue,” it added.

As Tom Brady's shocked pictures from the event circulated on social media, he reacted on X (formerly) quoting one post saying Simone Biles' performance was "insane."
