Tom Cruise ready to ‘give another try’ at wooing newly single Jessica Alba after her Cash Warren split

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Tom Cruise is reportedly eyeing to get Jessica Alba in his life following her split from her husband, Cash Warren.

This isn't the first time Cruise has set his eyes on Alba. Years ago, in 2004, the ‘Mission Impossible’ star had made efforts to woo the 43-year-old actress but at the time he had to face rejection, as reported by RadarOnline.

“Tom's always been disappointed that he lost out because he really thinks Jessica is the total package. Looking back, Tom can't help wondering if Jessica would have been better suited to him all along," spilled a source.

Tom Cruise married Katie Holmes in 2006 but they divorced in 2012, with speculation about Scientology having a role in their breakdown of their relationship. The former couple shares a daughter, Surie.

After his split from Holmes, Cruise has been linked with a number of women.

Dishing more about the 'Valkyrie' actor's fascination for Alba, the source said, "It's not just because she's gorgeous, he really admired her work ethic. What she's managed to build with her Honest Company is so impressive to him, he can't help feeling they'd have a lot in common, since he's so ambitious himself."

This came after reports claimed that the ‘Fantastic Four’ actress did not leave Warren earlier because of their children — daughters Honor and Haven, 16 and 13, and seven-year-old son Hayes.

"But now she knows she wasn't doing the kids, or herself, any good staying in a marriage in which she was profoundly unhappy," said a tipster. Alba confirmed her split from Warren in January this year by sharing a message on Instagram.

"I've been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years - both as an individual and in partnership with Cash. I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it's now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals," she wrote.

“So he's absolutely going to give it another try, and he's hoping the timing will be right this time around,” they added.

However, ‘The Mummy’ actor may have some competition as newly-single Ben Affleck is also reportedly attracted to Alba.
