Worn out Jennifer Garner urged to 'relax' from non-stop work as Ben Affleck is willing 'drop everything'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Garner has been urged by friends to take a break from volunteering in the wake of the devastating Los Angeles fires.
Besides she has been balancing motherhood for months and supporting her ex-husband Ben Affleck amid his high-profile split from Jennifer Lopez.

The 52-year-old actress has also been filming the second season of her AppleTV+ thriller 'The Last Thing He Told Me' while continuing to lend a helping hand to her church and community.
"Jen has been dedicating every waking hour to helping her friends who have lost everything in the fires," a source told Daily Mail. "She is helping her church, and she has been going non-stop," the source further said.
The insider added, "She needs to take some time to relax, but that is not how Jen is – not when she is passionate about something."
Garner has been volunteering alongside chef Jose Andres and his World Food Kitchen and has played a key role in providing meals to evacuees after the destructive inferno broke out last month.
"The fires took a big toll on her and she lost a friend. She has been out there every day volunteering her time," the source continued.
Ben Affleck sees Jennifer Garner as a 'superwoman'
Ben Affleck, also 52, rushed to be with his ex-wife and their children when the Pacific Palisades fire first broke out.
He was forced to evacuate his $20 million mansion as the blaze ravaged the area, destroying thousands of properties.
"To Ben, Jen is superwoman," the insider said, adding "She has saved him many times and there is nothing in the world he would not do for her."
"The fires came on the heels of Ben’s split from JLo, which wore her out playing mediator," the insider said.

Jennifer Garner, who is currently dating John Miller, has reportedly chosen to distance herself from Jennifer Lopez with interactions focused solely on the children within their extended family.
"Jen no longer wishes to have communication with JLo unless it is do with the kids," Daily Mail reported in November last.
"Her friends feel she shouldn’t have allowed herself to get so involved in helping JLo to fix her marriage to Ben," the insider added at the time.
Affleck is reportedly aware of how many times Garner has stepped in to support him, as per the latest report.
"Not having that whole mess to deal with has been a weight lifted. On top of this, she is also raising children and is an incredibly hands-on parent," the insider said.
"He is not super concerned for her right now. But if that changes, he would drop everything to make sure she is okay," the insider added referring to Affleck.
