BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA: Harrowing images have emerged from Liam Payne's Buenos Aires hotel room, offering a glimpse into the tragic final moments before the singer’s fatal fall from a third-floor balcony on October 16.

Argentine media, including major outlets like Clarin, published photos revealing troubling signs inside Payne's luxury suite at the Casa Sur hotel in Palermo, as reported by The Daily Mail.

The images show a room littered with white powder, scorched aluminum foil, and a smashed TV screen—indications that the 31-year-old artist may have been in distress before the incident.

A half-empty champagne flute was also found near the scene, contributing to the growing concern over his mental state in the hours leading up to his death.

Authorities who responded to the scene also reported finding prescription medications, including clonazepam, a drug used to treat epilepsy, muscle spasms, and panic disorders.

This discovery supports reports that Payne had been struggling with mental health issues before the tragedy.

Additional candle and aluminum foil remnants were discovered in the bathtub of Payne's suite, where the bottom was stained and showed signs of burns.

Disturbing new details surrounding Liam Payne's tragic death have come to light with the release of the 911 call made by the manager of the Casa Sur hotel in Buenos Aires.

The hotel manager can be heard pleading for urgent assistance as Payne, reportedly under the influence of drugs, was "breaking up the entire room."

The manager says, "We need someone to come." The situation quickly escalates as he fears for the singer’s life: “When he is conscious, he is breaking up the room. We need you to send someone, please.”

The emergency operator asks whether the guest is under the influence of alcohol and narcotics, to which the manager responds in a manner that makes the urgency clear: "We need someone to be sent to us urgently, because I don't know if the guest's life is at risk."

The hotel manager’s mentions the most worrying aspect, "The room has a balcony, and we are afraid that they might do something." Unfortunately, his fear materialized only seconds later. With a trembling voice, he concludes the call, asking for emergency paramedics from SAME, Buenos Aires' emergency service, though by then, it was already too late.

Payne had initially arrived in South America with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy on September 30, planning to stay just five days. However, their stay extended to two weeks, during which Payne reunited with former One Direction bandmate Niall Horan to attend his concert at Buenos Aires' Movistar Arena on October 2.

Kate Cassidy returned home to Florida on October 12, sharing her departure on TikTok, saying, “I just need to go home.” Payne remained behind, checking into the £230-a-night Casa Sur hotel alone.

In a tragic turn of events, just 48 hours before Payne’s death, his ex-fiancee, Maya Henry, reportedly filed legal proceedings against him, accusing Payne of obsessive contact and claiming that he had weaponized his fanbase against her.
