NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA: Megyn Kelly just can’t quit Taylor Swift.

Despite Swift’s total lack of public engagement in this ongoing one-sided feud, the commentator took another swipe at the pop superstar during the 2025 Super Bowl, where Swift was in attendance to support her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Megyn Kelly, meanwhile, was busy posing for photos with former President Donald Trump and making sure her followers knew exactly where she stood.

On February 9, Kelly shared a photo of herself with Trump at the Super Bowl, tossing in a pointed reference to Swift.

“Saw Taylor Swift in the next box … eh … and then I spent time with a true winner. Thank you Mr. President!” she captioned the post.

For anyone unfamiliar with Kelly’s years-long grudge against Swift, this might seem like an innocent remark. However, for those keeping track, it was just another entry in Kelly’s ongoing saga of slamming the singer.

She doubled down in another post, this time featuring a selfie with her husband, Douglas Brunt.

“Taylor Swift next to us at the Super Bowl - should I go strike up a chat on Trump, Tim Walz and Blake Lively v [Justin] Baldoni?”

A bold choice, considering Swift’s bestie, Lively, has her own ongoing tension with Baldoni, the director of 'It Ends With Us'. But while Kelly appeared eager to fan the flames of celebrity drama, Lively was notably absent from this year’s game.

Kelly’s history of taking jabs at Swift dates back to October 2023, when she went on a rant about Swift’s relationship with Kelce during an interview with Sky News Australia.

“I’m over it. I don’t care. I’m so done,” she said.

She blamed the media for hyping up the romance, arguing that the NFL and news outlets had turned Swift and Kelce into royalty.

“It’s really the fault of the NFL and our disgusting, perverted media that has decided to make them into the next, what, Diana and Charles? It’s absurd. They are covering them like they are two world leaders on whose every move we must hang. Our obsession here in America with celebrity is so unattractive. It’s so unbecoming of us,” she ranted.

And then came the kicker, “I hope things work out with them, but it’s not going to. Hope that they’re super happy, but they’re not going to be.”

Kelly’s distaste for Swift escalated further in 2024 when the singer publicly endorsed Kamala Harris for president.

That move sent Kelly into a full-blown meltdown on her YouTube show. “F**k you, Taylor Swift,” she fumed, calling both Swift and Kelce “the epitomes of elite snobs.”

Moreover, in case her stance wasn’t clear, she added, “I’m allowed to criticize Taylor Swift, and I don’t give a s**t who gets upset. This is disgusting.”

Her grievances didn’t stop there. Kelly reignited her past issues with Kelce’s partnership with Pfizer, claiming his vaccine promotion was reckless.

“They both have gazillions of dollars,” she ranted.

“She doesn’t care what happens to these kids, just like he [Kelce] doesn’t give a s**T what happens to all the young men who take the Pfizer booster he’s been pushing on them.”

When her face appeared on the jumbotron, some fans at the Caesars Superdome booed. Ever the professional, Swift simply shot a quick side-eye before laughing it off.

Trump, never one to miss an opportunity to stir the pot, chimed in on Truth Social with his own take on the moment.

“The only one that had a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift.”

Doubling down, he insisted she was “BOOED out of the Stadium,” before declaring that, “MAGA is very unforgiving!”
