LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Fresh off the heels of the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl victory on Sunday, the hosts of 'The View' shared their insights on the game, with co-host Sunny Hostin expressing skepticism about the long-term compatibility of tight end Travis Kelce and pop sensation Taylor Swift.

The show kicked off with the hosts making a stylish entrance to Usher's "Yeah," the same artist who performed at Sunday's halftime show. Whoopi Goldberg led the discussion, transitioning from the halftime entertainment to the game itself.

Hostin took the opportunity to share her perspective on Kelce's performance, noting that it was not his best game and mentioning an on-field altercation with his coach.

"I'm surprised so many people are focusing on Kelce because he didn't have his best game," Hostin remarked. "He was screaming at his coach."

Hostin also commented on Kelce's eye-catching outfit as he entered the stadium, describing it as having a considerable amount of "swag."

She expressed doubt about the compatibility of Kelce and Taylor Swift, saying, "I don't think this Taylor Swift-Kelce thing is going to work. A man who wears that outfit. That outfit showed a lot of swag. I'm not sure the two match. That's all I'm saying."

Ana Navarro drew attention to the similarity between Hostin's dress and the suit Kelce wore, suggesting a potential connection with Swift's "reputation" era due to its black and sparkly appearance. Swift was later seen wearing the jacket at the afterparty.

Goldberg highlighted Kelce's tense exchange with Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, emphasizing the various events that captured the audience's attention throughout the game.

Sara Haines focused on Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, praising his performance and predicting his place among the greatest quarterbacks of all time.

"That guy is going down as one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. He literally thrives under pressure," Haines stated. "How many people can say that? I can promise you, I do not."

Hostin, drawing on her personal connection to football through her son, underscored the importance of the quarterback position as one of leadership.

The hosts wrapped up the Super Bowl breakdown on Monday's episode of 'The View,' providing a comprehensive analysis of the game's highlights.

Mixed reactions from viewers

Social media is buzzing with mixed reactions to the recent commentary from 'The View' co-hosts regarding Super Bowl LVIII.

One user wrote, "Sunny honey you are one of those people that is hard to like that goes for all of the ladies sorry not sorry.. "

Another added, "Little does she know. He wore many outfits this season that matched Taylor Swift's albums, songs, and music videos. That was so Rep coded what he wore!"

One commented, "Half-time show was terrible! Snooze fest."

Another commented, "Sunny was so far off on her take. Mahonnes was great, undeniable but he did not carry the team. That defense was amazing!! Kelse had a great game and the stats say the opposite of what her take was. He did not go after his coach. Andy Reid had a different take also."
