Jennie Garth finds renewed connection with Peter Facinelli amid ravaging wildfires
The devastating Los Angeles fires have burned over 20,000 acres since January 7 but they also brought unexpected silver linings, including a renewed closeness between Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli, 50.
The former couple, who divorced 12 years ago, met on the set of their 1995 film 'An Unfinished Affair' and tied the knot in 2001.
Their marriage lasted over a decade, and together they share three daughters: Luca, 27, Lola, 21, and Fiona, 18.
However, Facinelli, now engaged to actress Lily Anne Harrison with whom he shares a two-year-old son, Jack, has shown a compassion that transcends the complexities of past relationships.
For Garth, the wildfires are yet another chapter in a life marked by resilience and heartbreak.
In October, she opened up about her struggles with miscarriages during her marriage to Abrams.
On her podcast 'I Choose Me', she revealed the emotional toll of losing two pregnancies.
"I was feeling really down on myself, really ashamed, feeling like I was disappointing you," she told Abrams.
Despite the pain, the couple found strength in their bond, navigating their grief together.
