Joe Biden sparks debate as report claims he's banking on MAGA to revive his flailing reelection campaign
WASHINGTON, DC: President Joe Biden has turned to the MAGA crowd to save his failing re-election campaign against former President Donald Trump, according to a report by the Daily Beast.
Biden's strategy is to capitalize on a televised interview with NBC's Lester Holt on the opening night of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee to divert attention away from his political decline.

In an attempt to alleviate voter concerns regarding his suitability to lead the next US administration after his dismal performance in the June 27 presidential debate against Trump, President Biden participated in an interview with ABC News's George Stephanopoulos.
During the 22-minute interview, the 81-year-old incumbent’s stammering and incoherent answers did little to reassure a growing legion of skeptics, including Stephanopoulos, who was caught on camera in Manhattan a few days later telling a passerby he did not think the Democrat statesman could serve four more years.
What did Democrat strategists say regarding Joe Biden’s chances of reelection?
One Democratic strategist told the aforementioned outlet, “If that (NBC interview) goes well, then the RNC does present the campaign with an opportunity to move things along.”
Naturally, the Commander-in-Chief cannot count on a TV interview going smoothly these days.

Prospective Democrat voters could effectively be reassured to remember that President Biden's age is not the only issue they will have to consider in November, given the POTUS can manage to get through his interview with Lester Holt, as he nearly did during the almost hour-long press conference on Thursday night, according to a second official who is familiar with the campaign strategy.
"The RNC is a real opportunity for us to drive home the stakes of this election," the official claimed.
The GOP convention will kick off in Milwaukee on Monday, July 15, and end with a speech by the party's presumed presidential nominee on Thursday, July 18.
Democratic delegates will have a only matter of weeks until their party's convention on August 19 in Chicago.

The situation within the Democratic camp is still up in the air on whether President Joe Biden will be the party’s official nominee for President of the United States.
First, President Biden must look to avoid providing Democrats more reasons to demand he drop his bid for a second term in the upcoming days.
His performance at the end of the NATO summit in Washington on Thursday night was far from dismal, however, he did confuse Russian President Vladimir Putin with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at a NATO event earlier in the day.

Later in the press conference, he referred to his predecessor, Donald Trump, as his vice president.
Since last month’s presidential debate, former President Trump has been uncharacteristically disciplined, primarily monitoring the media-feeding frenzy in Washington from a distance.
Nobody appreciates ratings more than the 78-year-old MAGA strongman, but if the chaos surrounding Biden's flailing candidacy overshadows the RNC, the world's biggest attention seeker might just let loose and go berserk in front of the microphone.

Ultimately, the catastrophe that has unfolded in Washington following President Biden's disastrous debate performance in Atlanta has proved to be the talking point of the American summer that nobody saw coming.
Conservatives are still shocked to discover that many Democrats as well as the media are doing their work for them.
Republican strategist Jahan Wilcox told the aforementioned outlet, “Joe Biden has serious health issues, and Democrats are finally learning there’s more to being President than bike rides, ice cream cones, and long walks on the beach in Delaware.”

Wilcox remarked “Republicans don’t need to do anything” to remind US voters that President Joe Biden is not “remotely fit to serve until January 2029.”
President Biden will be interviewed by NBC’s Holt at the LBJ Library in Austin, which the Biden campaign aides hope will remind voters that he has previously supported civil rights causes, although on a smaller scale than President Lyndon B Johnson did in the 60s.
Internet split as Joe Biden reportedly banking on MAGA to revive his flailing reelection campaign
People online shared their thoughts and opinions surrounding President Joe Biden's chances of securing a second White House term amid calls for him to step down from the November ticket.
One person commented, "He just hopes it works."
Another person claimed, "Trump will save Biden again in 2024. The Anti-Trump vote will be huge. Trump is the best friend the Democrats ever had!"
"Maybe eat ice cream and sleep through it?" one individual suggested,
One person argued, "That's what the democrats have been doing the whole time. You look at their records. All they've done is make themselves rich and blame everyone else for the destruction they cause. And then say, "orange man bad.""
Another person quipped, "Biden can't even walk straight and you think he's going to dance through his disasters."
"It's Trump vs harris. Biden is a puppet to get her there. I said it," another person wrote.
Someone else remarked, "He's done."
