The 2024 independent presidential candidate received earnings exceeding $400,000 from Skyhorse Publishing, a conservative book publisher, and JW Howard Attorneys, a law firm that litigated over 40 cases against vaccine mandates.

The Federal Election Commission released Kennedy Jr's finances to the American public, as is required for all presidential candidates, on Monday, July 8.

What was revealed in RFK Jr’s public financial disclosure?

Robert F Kennedy Jr raked in more than $215,000 from the Children's Health Defense, an anti-vaccine organization he co-founded. The United States Supreme Court had recently rejected the organization's Covid-19 appeals.

Kennedy Jr announced his candidacy for the White House in April 2023 after taking a leave of absence from Children's Health Defense.

Per the disclosure, RFK Jr was paid $12,000 for a speaking engagement at Hillsdale College, a conservative Christian college in Michigan. The college was infamously involved in an attempt to overturn former President Donald Trump's 2020 election loss.

Kennedy Jr's highest earnings came from his environmental law firm, Kennedy and Madonna, where his partnership share exceeded $8.6 million. The 70-year-old also received $743,278.70 through a referral fee agreement with WisnerBaum Law Firm.

The disclosure mentioned Kennedy Jr's involvement in nine different oil and gas leases through Arctic Royalty LP, with each lease earning him up to $1,000. Arctic Royalty has leased land to companies that were fined for pollution infractions and has ties to pollution in East Palestine, Ohio, due to a 2023 train derailment.
